Lite synd också att det inte finns någon info om banden men skivan håller hög klass musikaliskt så det är ju alltid något. Inga kända band precis och det enda jag har hört förr är Fed Up. Criminal Intent får mig att drömma tillbaks till 80-talet och den engelska goa punken då. Synd att Ohio River Rats har lite dålig inspelning men tendenserna finns där. Fed Up låter tuffa men är nog snälla inombords. Snabb hardcore är det i alla fall. Cut-Offs har ett riktigt gott 80-talspunksound de också. Breaking Point har ”goa gubbar” på kör…Korova sjunger något så sant som ”Nazis Ruined Shaved Heads”. End of Humanity är nog tuffast/råast på denna skiva med sin hårda grindcore. Dead Heroes är ännu en grupp som får mig att tänka på svunna tider och hela skivan andas förr på något sätt men det känns som en trevlig nostalgi.(SJU) 4/8-04 |

A little bit shame that they haven´t filled it up but it´s really smart not to do it because it´s easier to keep up the interest in some way. A little shame is it also that there´s no info about the groups but the record holds really high class musically so it´s always something. No wellknown bands precisly and the only thing I have heard before is Fed Up. Criminal Intent makes me dream back to the 80´s and the English good punk. It´s a shame that Ohio River rats have a little bit bad recording but I hear the tendencies anyway. Fed Up sounds really tough but they´re surely nice otherwise, fast hardcore is it anyway. Cut-Offs have a really nice 80-s punksound they too. Breaking Point have some “cool guys” on background vocals…Korova sings true things in the song ”Nazis Ruined Shaved Heads”.. End of Humanity is probably the toughest/rawest on this record with their hard grindcore. Dead Heroes is another group which makes me think about times that was once and the whole record breaths back in days in some way but it feels like nice nostalgia.(SEVEN) 4/8-04 |
