PUNK-O-RAMA 10 (1 CD 1 DVD/EPITAPH E 6755-2) För första gången så känns det som om jag verkligen skulle vilja köpa en här samling på riktigt allvar. En massa outgivet och en hel del roligt på DVD.n också. Outgivna låtar med Bad Religion, Offspring, Hot Water Music, Pulley osv. De svenska färgerna försvaras av Moneybrother, International Noise Conspiracy och Millencollin. En hel del nya grupper där Robocop Kraus låter som en blandning mellan Franz Ferdinand och B 52´s, fräckt.This is me smiling är en sprittande mix mellan 60-talspop och punkrock. . Bland de mer etablerade grupperna gör Motion City Soundtrack mig glad med sin sprittande indie, Turbonegro med sin goa rock n roll där de nästan låter som Offspring. From first to Last som blandar sin aggressiva hardcore med emorock på ett föredömligt sätt. Bad Religions outgivna låt är verkligen värd pengarna…likaså Offsprings låt. INC är alltid bra med sin 60-talspunk och Hot Water Music outgivna låt är riktigt bra, varför fick inte den plats på fullängdaren. Millencollin är egentligen otroligt bra och grupper som Dropkick Murphys, Unseenm Rancid, Pennywise och NOFX är alltid bra.(NIO) 22/6-05

PUNK-O-RAMA 10 (1 CD 1 DVD/EPITAPH E 6755-2) For the first time it feels like if I really should want to buy this compilation in seriousness. A lot of unreleased things and a whole funny things on the DVD too. Unreleased songs with Bad Religion, Offspring, Hot Water Music, Pulley and so on. The swerdish colors is defenced by Moneybrother, International Noise Conspiracy and Millencollin. A whole lot of new groups there Robocop Kraus sounds like a mix of Franz Ferdinand and B 52´s , cool. This is me smiling is a bubbling mix of 60´s pop and punkrock. Among the more established groups makes Motion City Soundtrack me happy with their bubbling indie. Turbonegro with their good rock n roll there they almost sounds like Offspring. From First to Last which mix their aggressive hardcore with emorock in a good way. Bad religions unreleased song is really worth the money….and so are Offsprings song too. INC is always good with their 60´s-punk and Hot water Music unreleased song is really good, why doesn´t that take part on their fullength. Millencollin is really good and groups like Dropkick Murphys, Unseenm Rancid, Pennywise and NOFX is always good.(NINE) 22/6-05

PUNK-O-RAMA VOL 9(CD/DVD EPITAPH E 6716-2) Här var det inga nyheter precis men Punk-o-rama är ju billig och numera får man med en DVD med en massa punkvideos på och det är ju roligt att få en bild på banden som medverkar. Det är bara Converge och Randy som bara är med på DVD:n , alla andra band på DVD medverkar på CD.n. Eftersom allt är utgivet innan så är det inga överraskningar och band som alltid är bra är ju Rancid(Måste väl göra en av sina bästa låtar här, Tropical London) , Bad religion, Nekromantix, Pulley, Dropkick Murphys, Bouncing Souls, 1208, Hot Water Music och en hel del andra. Det som skiljer sig på denna skiva är ju International Noise Conspiracy med sin 60-tals punkiga stil. Atmosphere and Eydea & abilities spelar hip-hop och det kanske inte är så vanligt på Epitaph. Beatsteaks med sin Misfitsinspirerade sång är lite kul också. Heideroosjes har en slinga i bakgrunden som låter som Motörhead med Motörhead. Division of Laura Lee är också lite annorlunda och deras distade rock är riktigt bra.(SJU) 4/8-04

PUNK-O-RAMA VOL 9(CD/DVD EPITAPH E 6716-2) Here it wasn´t any enws precisly but Punk-o-rama is cheap and nowadays we get a DVD with a lot of punkvideos on and that fun to get a picture of the bands which is included on the record. It´s only Converge and Randy which is only on the DVD, all other band on the DVD is on the real CD. Everything is released so is here any surprises but bands who always is good is ju Rancid(must do one of their ebst songs here, Tropical London) , Bad religion, Nekromantix, Pulley, Dropkick Murphys, Bouncing Souls, 1208, Hot Water Music and a whole lot of other bands, The things which is a little bit apart from the other bands are International Noise Conspiracy with their 60´s punkstyle. Atmosphere and Eydea & Abilities plays hiphop and that´s not so usual on Epitaph. Beatsteaks with their Misfitsinspired vocals is really fun and Heideroosjes have some melodything in the background which sounds a little like Motörhead with Motörhead. Division of Laura Lee is also a little bit different with their distorted rock which is really good.(SEVEN) 4/8-04

PUNK-O-RAMA 8(2 CD-EPITAPH 6673-2)35 låtar på två CD och det billigt. Distillers är först ut och deras tuffa punk är riktigt bra. Motion City Soundtracks lite halvdesperata sångare låter så bra. Bouncing Souls låter annorlunda på något sätt och NOFX och Bad Religion är alltid bra. Division of Laura Lees lugna rock är annorlunda liksom Ikara Colts hysteriska rock som för mina tankar till ett punkig B 52´s. International Noise Conspiracy annorlunda rock tillsammans med Randys tillika tuffa rock försvara Sveriges färger bra tillsammans med Refused och No Fun At All. Looptroop finns ju också med men deras mer dansanta musik tycker jag väl egentligen inte passar in här. Beatsteaks blandning av Refused och Motörhead är bedårande. Death by Stereos tunga hardcore är underbar liksom Pennywise som mer och mer låter som svenska No Fun At All. Transplants lite annorlunda tuffa punk är riktigt bra liksom Turbonegros tuffa rock. Sedan finns det en massa band som US Bombs, Millencollin, Bombshell Rocks mm mm som alltid är bra.(ÅTTA) 23/6-03

PUNK-O-RAMA 8(2 CD-EPITAPH 6673-2 35 songs on two CD´s and that cheap. Distillers is first out and their tough punk is really good. Motion City Soundtrack little halfdesperate singer sound so good. Bouncing Souls sounds different in some way and NOFX and Bad Religion is always good. Divison of Laura Lee´s calm rock is different and so are Ikara Colts hysterical rock which makes me think of a punky B 52´´s. International Noise Conspiracy different rock together with Randys tough rock will defend the Swedish colours with Refused and No Fun at All. Looptroop is here too but their rhytm music suits not in here I think. Beatsteaks mix of Motörhead and Refused is very good. Death by Stereo´s heavy heardcore is wonderful and so are Pennywise which sound more and more like Swedish No Fun At All. Transplants really tough punk is good and so are Turbonegro´s tough rock. And there it´s a lot of good bands like US Bombs, Millencollin, Bombshell Rocks which always are good.(EIGHT) 23/6-03

PUNK-O-RAMA 7(CD-EPITAPH 6646-2) Punkorama är ju alltid bra för Epitaph håller hög klass på sina skivor. Först ut är Millencollin som verkligen har vuxit ut till ett fantastiskt bra rockband men punkanknytning. Hot Water Music har körer som liknar Toten Hosen, underbart. International Noise Conspiracy låter som Soundtrack of Our lives och det är bra. NOFX är ju alltid bra ,det vet ni att jag tycker. Randys annorlunda punkrock är superbra. Bouncing Souls 77-aktiga punkrock är skitbra liksom Bad Religion som alltid. Deviates är en ny bekantskap med sin snabba punkrock. Dropkick Murphys och Floggin Molly slår ner oss med sin underbara folkpunk. Death By Stereo är väl den mest annorlunda gruppen på skivan och det beror väl på deras ät ansträngde sångare. 98 Mute blandar tuffhet med melodier och då blir det bra. Guttermouth överraskar med en countrystänkare eller något i den stilen. (ÅTTA) 3/7-02

PUNK-O-RAMA 7(CD-EPITAPH 6646-2) Punkorama is always good because Epitaph holds high class on their records. First out is Millencollin and they have grown out to a fantastic good rockband with punkmelodies. Hot Water Music have choirs like Toten Hosen, wonderful. International Noise Conspiracy sounds a little like Soundtrack of Our Lives and that´s good. NOFX is always good and that´s a fact. Randys different punkrock is supergood. Bouncing Souls 77-punk is fucking good and so are Bad Religion as always. Deviates os a new band for me with their fast punkrock. Dropkick Murphys and Flogging Molly is so good with their folkpunk. Death By Stereo is the most different group on the record and that´s much depending on the singer which sounds a little different. 98 Mute mixes toughness with melodies and thenit´s good. Guttermouth surprises us with a countrystyled song or something like that.(EIGHT) 3/7-02

PUNK-O-RAMA # 6(CD-EPITAPH-6615-2/ HOK/MNW)Ännu en samling att lägga till samlingen. Som vanligt för vi smalprov från alla de senaste skivorna som kommit ut på Epitaph. Outgivna låtar med NOFX som låter mycket bra, lite annorlunda sådär, Pennywise som gör en X låt med Exene Cervenka från X på sång, mycket bra.Pulley,Beatsteaks, Descendents kör också outgivna låtar. Annars är det Guttermouth, Hot Water Music, Bouncing Souls, Osker, Dropkick Murphys, Heideroosjes och Voodoo Glow Skulls som imponerar mest. Att få med Bad religions bästa låt I want to conquer the world kan väl bara räknas som bonus(ÅTTA) 1/6-01

PUNK-O-RAMA # 6(CD-EPITAPH-6615-2/ HOK/MNW)Another compilation to put to the collection. As usual we get som tastes from the latest Epitaph-releases. Unreleased songs with NOFX which sounds really good, something different in a way. Pennywise do a X-cover with ex-X Exene Cervenka on vocals, very good. Pulley, Beatsteaks and Descendents also do unreleased songs. Otherwise it´s Guttermouth, Hot Water Music, Bouncing Souls, Osker, Dropkick Murphys, Heideroosjes and Voodoo Glow Skulls which impress me most. To get Bad religions best song ever I want to conquer the world you can count as a bonus(EIGHT) 1/6-01

PUNK-O-RAMA # 5 (CD-EPITAPH 6588-2/HOK/MNW) Detta måste vara den bästa samlingen de gett ut och man kan inte sluta att förundras över hur många bra band Epitaph har lyckats få till sig den senaste tiden. Två låtar gör det helt givet att köpa den här skivan. det är de två inledande grupperna NOFX och All som har gett två låtar som bara finns på denna skiva. Vilka låtar sedan, jag rankar bägge två som två av de bästa grupperna har gjort. När man sedan får dundergrupper som Vision, Terrorgruppe, Rancid, Dwarves, I Against I, Bouncing Souls, Pennywise, Agnostic Front och så vidare så är det inte mycket att tveka. om.(NIO) 30/6-00

PUNK-O-RAMA # 5 (CD-EPITAPH 6588-2/HOK/MNW) It must the best compilation the label have been given out and you can´t stop wondering how all good bands can come to Epitaph. Two songs makes this record to the ultimate buy, it´s the two first songs which is NOFX and All and they have given two unreleased songs to this compilations. What songs then, I rank them as two of their best songs ever. When you get good groups like Vision, Terrorgruppe, Rancid, Dwarves, I Against I, Bouncing Souls, Pennywise, Agnostic Front and so on so isn´t it much to think about, BUY IT(NINE) 30/6-00
