EMEZLUC-VSEHO DO CASU(LP-PAPAGAJUV HLSATEL PH 306)

Den här gruppen är lite av en favoritgrupp genom slöades år jag haft kontakt med det här skivbolaget. Deras nya skiva är absolut inget undantag och denna tremannagrupp låter som om de är fler om man säger så.  Det är distad punkrock med riktigt bra melodier som bjuds och de 14 låtarna är alla små pärlor. De har med sina texter och även om de sjunger på sitt hemspråk så finns det översatta texter på engelska också. Det är bra texter men ironiska texter kan självklart misstolkas i fel händer som Pour Vodka till exempel men jag tror folk inom punken förstår sådana här texter och att man sjunger de från ett annat perspektiv än bara pekpinnar om man säger så. Snabba tuffa och härliga låtar är ju grejen för den här gruppen. Skulle bli väldigt överraskad om du som gillar snabb, hård punk inte skulle gilla Zemezluc för då är det fel i huvudet på dig och det hoppas jag ju inte att vi får uppleva här för det gäller en punkare. Har ni aldrig hört tjeckisk punk så vore det på tiden nu att ni skärper till er och köper denna skiva i alla fall. 26/5-2026

ZEMEZLUC-VSEHO DO CASU(LP-PAPAGAJUV HLSATEL PH 306)

This group is a little bit of a favorite group through the years I have been in contact with this record company. Their new record is absolutely no exception and this three-piece group sounds like they are more if you say so. It is distorted punkrock with really good melodies which is offered and the 14 songs are all small gems. They have their lyrics and even if they sing in their home language, there are translated lyrics in English as well. It ́s good lyrics but ironic lyrics can of course be misinterpreted in the wrong hands like Pour Vodka for example but I think people in punk understand these lyrics and that you sing them from a different perspective than just pointers if you say so. Fast, tough and lovely songs is the thing for this group. Would be very surprised if you who like fast, hard punk wouldn ́t like Zemezluc because then it ́s wrong in your head and I hope that we don ́t get to experience that here because it is a punk. Have you never heard Czech punk so would it be about time now that you tighten up and buy this record anyway. 26/5-2026

Den här skivan kom ut första gången 1997 men nu har mitt favoritbolag släppt skivan med fin genomskinlig vinyl. Tjeckisk snabb punk som detta bolag är så bra. I inledningslåten Budes stejnej jako oni har de till och med blandat in lite reggaetoner bland det snabba spelandet. Det gör den här gruppen gott med lite taktbyten etc för annars blir det riktigt snabb musik men små andningspauser behövs ju alltid. Som vanligt när det gäller texter och språk jag inte förstår så sjunger jag med ändå för det finns ofta något att hänga upp sin ”sång” på. De blandar egentligen ganska friskt mellan stilar men de håller sig i princip alltid inom punkgränserna och det är ju skönt.  Zemezluc är ett av de banden som jag gillar riktigt mycket av alla tjeckiska band och helt klart värda att lyssna på om ni vill vara lite modiga och lyssna på punk från Tjeckien för det finns så mycket bra punk som kommer därifrån och detta är inget undantag. De har blandat stilar som UK82, hardcore och 77-punk på ett riktigt bra sätt tycker jag. KÖP! 6/3-2025

ZEMEZLUC-Z EXTREMU DO EXTREMU(LP-PAPAGAJUV HLSATEL PH 329)

This record came out for the first time in 1997 but now my favorite label has released the record with nice transparent vinyl. Czech fast punk like this label is so good. In the opening song Budes stejnej jako oni, they have even mixed in some reggaettunes among the fast playing. It does this group good with some tempo changes etc because otherwise it will be really fast music but small breathers are always needed. As usual when it comes to lyrics and languages I don't understand, I sing along anyway because there is often something to hang your "vocals" on. They really mix really fresh between styles but they basically always stay within the punk boundaries and that is nice. Zemezluc is one of the bands that I like really much of all Czech bands and definitely worth listening to if you want to be a little brave and listen to punk from the Czech Republic because there is so much good punk which comes from there and this is no exception. They have mixed styles like UK82, hardcore and 77-punk in a really good way I think. PURCHASE! 6/3-2025

ZEMEZLUC-MMXX(CD-PHR RECORDS 281)

Jag vet inte vad det är med mig och tjeckisk punk men jag älskar det mesta som kommer därifrån. Zemezluc har manga år på nacken och det är inga purunga killer som spelar men det märks verkligen inteb på den sprudlande musiken. Det är snabb och ganska melodisk punkrock som är grejen för Zemezluc och det låter som om de är förbannade och det är ju alltid trevlig med punkrock som låter arg tycker jag. Men som sagt det bästa är att de inte har glömt melodierna i all snabbhet och ilska de besitter. Har ni inte upptäckt det här bandet innan så tycker jag verkligen att det är dags eftersom Zemezluc är ett av de bästa tjeckiska banden just nu. Ni som vill kalla er för öppna punkare ska helt enkelt lyssna på den här gruppen för ni kommer att gilla den riktigt mycket! 12 låtar som förgyller dagen innan julafton. 23/12-2021

ZEMEZLUC-MMXX(CD-PHR RECORDS 281)

I don't know what it is about me and Czech punk but I love most of what comes from there. Zemezluc has many years on his neck and there are no really youngsters playing but it really does not notice the exuberant music. It's fast and quite melodic punk rock that's the thing for Zemezluc and it sounds angry like they're and it's always nice with punk rock that sounds angry I think. But as I said, the best part is that they haven't forgotten the melodies in all the speed and anger they possess. If you haven't discovered this band before, I really think it's time for you to hear  Zemezluc to be one of the best Czech bands right now. Those of you who want to call yourself open punks should simply listen to this group because you will like it really much! 12 songs that brighten up the day before Christmas. 23/12-2021

En del av grabbarna i denna tjeckiska orkester har några år på nacken precis som jag har och jag ser GBH och UK Subs tröjor och det är alltid lovande. Jag fascineras alltid av hur bra många av de tjeckiska banden är och PHR har en förmåga att nosa upp dem. Man förstår ju såklart inget men det känns äkta när de sjunger och jag förmodar och hoppas att det är bra texter. De är översatta till engelska men det är väldigt smått för mig att läsa men det jag läser ser bra ut och hoppas att det är ironi i Tady to mas när de sjunger om Hitler. En Pete Seger låt också med Sag mir wo die blumen sind och jag gillar verkligen deras punkiga version av den. Hela skivan är fylld av snabbspelad och arg punkrock på tjeckiska och jag älskar det för här finns äkta känslor. Så snälla kolla in PHR Records och köp deras skivor …ni kommer inte att bli besvikna. 14/1-2020

ZEMEZLUC-KOLIK A KOMU(CD-PHR RECORDS PH 246)

Some of the guys in this Czech orchestra have a few years on their necks just as I have and I see GBH and UK Subs tshirts and it is always promising. I am always fascinated by how good many of the Czech bands are and PHR has the ability to nose them up. Of course you do not understand anything, but it feels genuine when they sing and I suspect and hope it is good lyrics. They are translated into English but it is very small for me to read but what I read looks good and hope it is irony in Tady to mas when they sing about Hitler. A Pete Seger song also with Sag mir wo die blumen sind and I really like their punk version of it. The whole record is filled with fast-paced and angry punk rock in Czech and I love it because here are genuine feelings. So please check out PHR Records and buy their records ... you will not be disappointed. 14/1-2020

ZEMEZLUC-HLEDANI(CD-PAPAGUJEV HLSATEL PH 130)

Som så många gånger förr så måste jag säga att den tjeckiska punken håller väldigt hög klass och många bra band kommer därifrån. Här har Zemezluc gett ut en 24-låtars skiva och det är ju många låtar på en skiva som inte är en best of eller liveskiva….Det låter riktigt bra och man tänker på band som Business, Destructors och den typen av band fast med tjeckisk sångare. Sången kanske ligger lite väl långt fram i ljudbilden ibland men det är väl ingen fara kanske….Jag gillar att de ger oss så mycket musik på en och samma skiva för det känns som om det är mycket för pengarna(även om jag inte betalat något för detta). Det märks också att gubbarna har några år på nacken och att de har tagit influenser både från ny och gammal punkrock. 4/1-2012

ZEMEZLUC-HLEDANI(CD-PAPAGUJEV HLSATEL PH 130)

As many times before so must I say that the Czech punk have really high class and many good bands comes from there. Here we have Zemezluc which have released a 24-track record and that is many songs on a record which isn´t  abest of or liverecord…It sounds really good and you think about bands like Business, Destructors and that type of bands but with a Czech singer. The vocals is maybe too loud in the soundpicture but it´s maybe not a bad thing maybe… I like that they give us so much songs in one record and it feels like this is much for the money(even if I haven´t paid anything for this one). It feels also that these guys have some years on their neck and that they have taken influences from both old and new punkrock. 4/1-2012

Texter om ditt och datt är det hos det tjeckiska Zemezluc och grabbarna är inte purunga men deras musik av det snabbare punkslaget känns ung. Här finns influenser både från tidig punk och en hel del från amerikansk hardcore och en gnutta Discharge. Ni förstår kanske då ungefär vilken typ av musik det handlar om då. 19 låtar från åren 2007-2008 har samlats här och det är en diger samling av låtar och eftersom det är så pass många så hinner man nästan bli lite trött på kuppen…inte på gruppen men skall man poga till allt detta på en gång så…Kul att lyssna till att det finns så mycket punk runtom i Europa som tyvärr inte alla är förunnade att lyssna till… 30/11-09

It´s lyrics about a lot of different things when Czech band Zemezluc do their music and they guys isn´t too young either but their music is young and the fast styled punk as I like. Here we have influences from both early punk and a lot from American hardcore and some Discharge. You maybe understand which type of music we´re talking about then. 19 songs from the years 2007-2008 have been gathered here and it´s a good compilation of songs and there´s so many that you almost become tired of them all…not on the group but to pogo to so many….It´s fun to listen to so much good punk from all over Europe and it´s a shame that you all people don´t get the chance to listen.30/11-09
