THE KINDRED-ALLEVIATE(CD)

Jag fick denna skiva från Peter på DDR Records och det är jag tacksam för. De kommer från Luton efter vad jag förstår och de har en låt som heter We are Luton Town och jag tycker det var synd att de åkte ur Premier League för det var en pigg nykomling. 15 låtar fyllda av trevlig punkrock. 53 minuter av ren glädje och punkrock. The Kindred spelar en typ av punkrock som känns lite annorlunda utan att vara konstig men deras sound är ganska eget faktiskt. Svårt att beskriva faktiskt men de har ett väldigt tätt sound om man säger så. Jag gillar att de lägger in lite körer i låtarna också och det blir lätt att nynna med. Med låttitlar som The death of the mad hatters, Economy Lobotomy och The peace questions the Chaos kör de över oss på ett skönt sätt. Än en gång är jag tacksam mot alla de som skickar skivor och mot mig själv som en gång i tiden började med detta för jag får chansen till att höra så mycket bra musik som jag hade missat annars och The Kindred är ett sådant band. Nog snackat och skrivet om skivan för jag tycker ni ska ta er i kragen och försöka få tag på skivan lyssna på gruppen och hitta ett nytt favoritband. 30/5-2024

I got this record from Peter on DDR Records and I'm grateful for that. They come from Luton from what I understand and they have a song called We are Luton Town and I think it was a shame that they were relegated from the Premier League because it was a lively newcomer. 15 songs filled with nice punkrock. 53 minutes of pure joy and punk rock. The Kindred plays a type of punkrock which feels a little bit different without being weird but their sound is really own actually. Hard to describe actually but they have a very dense sound if you say so. I like that they put some choirs in the songs as well and it becomes easy to hum along. With song titles such as The death of the mad hatters, Economy Lobotomy and The peace questions the Chaos, they run over us in a nice way. Once again I am grateful to all those who send records and to myself who once upon a time started with this because I get the chance to hear so much good music that I would have missed otherwise and The Kindred is such a band. Enough talked and written about the record because I think you should grab yourself by the collar and try to get hold of the record, listen to the group and find a new favorite band. 30/5-2024
