SMORRAH-WELCOME TO YOUR NIGHTMARE(CD-SICK TASTE RECORDS SICK 034)

Jag kommer ihåg när man som ung lyssnade på Alice Coopers Welcome to my nightmare och trodde att man var tuff ör att man lyssnade på sådana ”hemska” saker. Nu lyssnar jag just nu på en skiva med nästan samma titel men med gruppen Smorrah och 1975 när Alice skiva kom så trodde man nog inte att det kunde bli värre. Det kunde bli men jag skulle nog inte kalla det värre men mycket mycket tuffare. Någon slags hybrid mellan hardcore och death metal skulle jag kunna dra till med när det gäller denna skiva. Mycket låttitlar som har med skräck och död att göra och bara det gör att man borde dra öronen till sig men det gör inte jag eftersom jag är så pass tuff. Men tuffare är nog musiken och jag gillar deras sätt att få till sin snabba och hårda musik för de glömmer inte melodier i allt det hårda och det är så sådan här musik blir så mycket bättre. Så ni som inte är fega jävlar så tycker jag verkligen att ni ska ge Smorrah en chans att visa vad de kan ta sig till genom att lyssna på gruppen! 22/4-2024

 I remember when I was young listening to Alice Cooper's Welcome to my nightmare and thinking I was tough because I listened to such "horrible" things. Now I'm listening to a record with almost the same title but with the group Smorrah and 1975 when Alice's record came so I didn ́t think it could get worse. It could be but I probably wouldn't call it worse but much much tougher. Some kind of hybrid between hardcore and death metal I could go with when it comes to this record. A lot of songtitles which have to do with horror and death and only that makes you should pull your ears to yourself but I don ́t because I ́m so tough. But tougher is probably the music and I like their way to get foreword their fast and hard music because they don ́t forget melodies in all the hard stuff and that ́s so this kind of music becomes so much better. So you who are not cowards so do I really think you should give Smorrah a chance to show what they can do by listening to the group! 22/4-2024
