PAINKILLER PARTY-ELECTRO-CUTE(CD)

Den här gruppen är udda…det vet ni ju redan från tidigare. Noel och Josefine är de som utgör gruppen….texterna är annorlunda eller vad sags om texten på Penis in the Meatgrinder etc. Gruppen är annorlunda också…helt klart. Men man blir glad när man lyssnar på dem. Beskrivningen på gruppen I releasebladet är kul också eller vad sägs om detta…Electronicore, Grindcore, Porncore, Nintendocore, Deathcore och det kanske beskriver allt.  Josefins röst är helt galen och den tuffa rösten som är tagen från helvetet som det låter ibland och A good party starts once the idots are gone är en galen upplevelse. Nyskapande…helt klart! Frågan kanske är vem som kommer att lyssna på det. Jag tänker på gamla grupper som Throbbing Gristle, Residents och liknande där man inte riktigt fick klarhet i vad de pysslade med. Så är känslan här också och man vet aldrig vad som ska hända i nästa låt. Tror kanske inte det kommer att bli en storsäljare men nis om är villiga att pröva på lite nya och galna saker ska helt klart kolla in denna nya skiva Painkiller Party. Kan tänka mig att man blir helt överkörd på en konsert med gruppen och Nintendocore är ordet jag ska använda i framtiden. 6/7-2023

This group is odd... You already know that from before. Noel and Josefine are the ones who make up the group....the lyrics are different or how about the lyrics on Penis in the Meatgrinder etc. The group is different too... Clearly. But you get happy when you listen to them. The description on the group in the release sheet is fun too or how about this... Electronicore, Grindcore, Porncore, Nintendocore, Deathcore and that might describe it all. Josefin's voice is completely crazy and the tough voice that is taken from hell as it sounds sometimes and A good party starts once the idots are gone is a crazy experience. Seminal... Clearly! Perhaps the question is who will listen to it. I think of old groups like Throbbing Gristle, Residents and the like where you didn't really get clarity on what they were doing. That's the feeling here too and you never know what's going to happen in the next song. Maybe do not think it will be a bestseller but nis who are willing to try some new and crazy things should definitely check out this new album Painkiller Party. Can imagine that you get completely run over at a concert with the group and Nintendocore is the word I will use in the future. 6/7-2023

Den här gruppen tog mig med storm får något/några år sedan och jag intervjuade dem då. Nu kommer ännu en skiva med gruppen och det ska bli intressant. Kommer någon ihäg Green Jelly så tänker jag i alla fall på dem i den inledande låten Rising Higher. Låter som en gammal sagosång tillsammans med deathmetal liknande growlande. Självklart svårt att lägga den här gruppen i ett speciellt fack och Jenny som sjunger låter rå! Jag skulle kunna tänka mig att om Frank Zappa hade kommit fram idag så hade han kanske gjort musik som skulle ha låtit på detta vis…Så vill ha något annorlunda som är melodiskt, tufft och lite udda så ska ni helt klart kolla in Painkiller Party. 8/9-2021

This group took me by storm getting something/a few years ago and I interviewed them then. Now comes another record with the group and it will be interesting. If someone remembers Green Jelly. I'll at least think of them in the opening song Rising Higher. Sounds like an old fairytale song along with deathmetal similar growling. Of course, it's hard to put this group in a special style and Jennys singing sounds raw! I imagine if Frank Zappa had come out today, he might have made music that would have sounded this way... So do you want something different that is melodic, tough and a bit odd and you should definitely check out The Painkiller Party. 8/9-2021

PAINKILLER PARTY-WELCOME TO THE PARTY(CD-HOPELESS WORD)

Jag trodde detta skulle vara någon slags hardcore eller något sådant men jag skulle nog kalla det för technohardcoredeathmetal för att kalla musiken något och ni förstår att det är blandad kompott när Painkiller Party gör sin musik. Det är inte en musik man hört förr och det närmaste kanske är en grupp som Prodigy men detta är tuffare. Så musiken är inte så söt som det verkar på omslaget med enhörningar etc. Visst är det partymusik men det är inte party för tioåringar precis utan hör är det mer party för vuxna människor som tröttnat på vanlig techno eller hardcore utan de vill höra något nytt. Då är verkligen Painkiller bandet för er! För något sådant här har nog inte hörts förut, i alla fall inte i mina öron. Om ni vill ha hård musik som man inte trodde fanns så ska ni helt klart besöka Painkiller Partys värld! 31/3-2020

PAINKILLER PARTY-WELCOME TO THE PARTY(CD-HOPELESS WORD)

I thought this was going to be some kind of hardcore or something like that but I would probably call it technohardcoredeathmetal to call the music something and you understand that it's mixed when the Painkiller Party makes their music. It's not a music you never have heard before and the closest might be a group like Prodigy but this is tougher. So the music is not as sweet as it seems on the cover with unicorns etc. Sure it is party music but it is not party for ten year olds just hear but it is more party for adults who are tired of regular techno or hardcore but they want to hear something new. Then the Painkiller band is for you! No such thing has ever been heard before, at least not in my ears. If you want loud music that you didn't think existed then you should definitely visit the world of Painkiller Party! 31/3-2020
