MOLLY VULPYNE BAND/YUR MUM-GUILT/HOOK(SINGEL-FOAD MUSICK FOAD 2504)

Hook är en riktigt skön låt med Molly Vulpyne och det finns otroligt mycket attityd i den. Jag tänker på grupper som Weezer, Hole och den typen av musik och Mollys röst är sådär skön som bara hennes kan vara. Det är väldigt rockigt på ett ypperligt sätt och detta måste vara en av hennes bästa låtar och den borde bli en hit i hela världen. Men tyvärr är väl inte världen så pass rättvis så den får förbli en hit i punkvärlden. Yur Mum är lite hårdare och deras Guilt kör över mig inledningsvis för att sedan lugna ner si en stund och förväntningarna byggs upp helt klart. Svårt att jämföra med något annat utan jag nöjer mig med att säga att detta är annorlunda, bra, tungt och kolla in det…5/2-2026

Hook is a really nice song with Molly Vulpyne and there is an incredible amount of attitude in it. I think of groups like Weezer, Hole and that type of music and Molly's voice is as nice as only hers can be. It's very rock in a great way and this has to be one of her best songs and it should be a hit in the whole world. But unfortunately the world is not so fair so it must remain a hit in the punk world. Yur Mum is a little harder and their Guilt runs over me initially and then calms down for a while and the expectations build up clearly. Hard to compare with anything else, but I'll just say that this is different, good, heavy and check it out... 5/2-2026

 My Expiry är om möjligt en ännu bättre låt än Hook på den andra singeln jag fick skickat till mig. Attityd som bara den här med och gitarren låter så fantastiskt bra och trycket från trummorna känns i kroppen och låten gör mig bara lycklig. En riktig punkrökare i bästa anda. På baksidan finner vi It don´t fit som är en låt som sakta men säkert byggs upp från ett lugnt tempo till en mycket hårdare stil och låten blir riktigt bra i slutändan. Ännu en gång tänker jag på grupper som har haft karismatiska sångerskor för det är något som verkligen Molly är…Köp om ni får chansen för de här två låtarna är värda varje peng de kostar! 5/2-2026

My Expiry is if possible an even better song than Hook on the second single I got sent to me. Attitude that only this one with and the guitar sounds so amazingly good and the pressure from the drums can be felt in my body and the song just makes me happy. A real punk smoker in the best spirit. On the back we find It don ́t fit which is a song that slowly but surely builds up from a calm tempo to a much harder style and the song becomes really good in the end. Once again I think of groups that have had charismatic singers because that's something that really Molly is... Buy if you get the chance because these two songs are worth every penny they cost! 5/2-2026

Molly från Vulpynes har gjort denna fyra spårs skiva och vilken sedan. Synd bara att det inte är mer än fyra låtar på denna skiva för det är en hård upplevelse att lyssna till henne. Jag menar att det är låtar som inte har så mycket vilopaus emellan och det gillar jag riktigt mycket. Jag gillar när låtarna kör över mig eller hur man ska säga för det gör de här. Men inte så att det är fruktansvärt hårt men det finns så mycket attityd i Molly Vulpynes musik och låtar så det är svårt att värja sig. Då menar jag självklart på ett bra vis för det är den känslan vi vill åt. Som ett tuffare Go-Gos och punkigare sådant och det gillar jag för här finns melodier, attityd och punkighet och det är sådan musik jag uppskattar mest. Så kolla gärna in Molly och vi håller tummarna för att det kommer en fullägdare snart med bara hennes egna låtar för jag skulle älska det varje dag! 29/1-2024

Molly from Vulpynes have done this four track record and what a song. It ´s a shame that it ´s not more than four songs on this record because it ́s a hard experience to listen to her. I mean that there are songs that don ´t have so much rest in between and I like that really much. I like when the songs run over me or how to say because they do this. But not so that it's terribly hard but there is so much attitude in Molly Vulpyne's music and songs so it's hard to resist. Of course, I mean in a good way because that's the feeling we want. As a tougher Go-Gos and punkier ones and that I like because here we have melodies, attitude and punkiness and that is the kind of music I appreciate the most. So please check out Molly and we keep our fingers crossed that there will be a full-time soon with only her own songs because I would love it every day! 29/1-2024
