MIDNIGHT VICE-EVIDENCE(CD)

Namnet Midnight Vice låter som en deckarserie eller något men det är det inte utan det är ett kanadensiskt rockband. Först tycker jag att det låter lite som Pearl Jam , sedan som ett rockigare Therapy?  Eller Flesh for Lulu. Och det är lite kul för skivan låter mer som en samlingsskiva med olika band än att det är en samlad skiva med ett och samma band. Det kan ju självklart vara en nackdel för ett band att inte riktigt hittat sin stil men någonstans är det kul att höra så mycket olika influenser även om Midnight Vice kanske kommer att få svårt att hitta en fast fankrets just på grund av detta spretande åt olika håll. 15/12-2010

MIDNIGHT VICE-EVIDENCE(CD)

The name Midnight Vice sounds like a crimemovie or something like that but it isn´t , this is a Canadian rockband. First I think this sounds a little like Pearl Jam and then as a rockier Therapy?, Flesh For Lule. And it´s a little bit fun because the record sounds a little like a compilationrecord more than this is a record with one group and it can be bad for a band maybe that it is this way but it´s really fun to hear so much influences in the same time as Midnight Vice have but they will maybe get difficulties to find a fanbase with music going to differerent ways. 15/12-2010
