METAL CHARM-VISIONS OF ESCAPE(CD-BITUME BCD 034)

Turkisk death metal….kan det vara något? Faktiskt kan det vara det…Med en sångare tagen direkt från helvetet brakar gruppen fram och skrämmer livet ut barn och gamla. Jag gillar att trots deras tuffa stil så finns det likt många andra band i genren riktigt bra melodier. Det hade varit lite kul om de hade blandat in lite traditionell turkisk musik i det hela också. 7 låtar på skivan som sammanlagt klockar in runt halvtimmen och jag känner att jag har det trevligt med dessa turkar och tiden känns så mycket kortare på något underligt sätt. För tiden går ju fort när man har trevligt säger man ju och det har man ju tillsammans med Metal Charm. Jag blir alltid glad när jag får musik med band från länder som man kanske inte riktigt väntar sig och jag kanske haussar en del sådana band lite mycket men Metal Charm är värda all uppmärksamhet tycker  jag så vill ni höra metalband från annat än de vanliga länderna så lyssna på detta band från Turkiet isåfall. 14/5-2025

Turkish death metal....could it be something? In fact, it could be... With a singer taken straight from hell, the group bursts forward and scares the lives of children and the elderly. I like that despite their tough style there are like many other bands in the genre really good melodies. It would have been a bit fun if they had mixed in some traditional Turkish music in the whole thing as well. 7 songs on the record which in total clocks in around half an hour and I feel that I have a good time with these Turks and the time feels so much shorter in some strange way. Because time flies when you have a good time you say and you have that together with Metal Charm. I always get happy when I get music with bands from countries which you don ́t really expect and I maybe hype some such bands a little bit much but Metal Charm is worth all the attention I think so if you want to hear metal bands from other than the usual countries then listen to this band from Turkey in that case. 14/5-2025
