När skivan startar och jag hör de första tonerna tänker jag lite på Oasis. Kanske inte riktigt rätt för Jussels musik är lite snällare men det är ungefär samma influenser från början kanske. Jussel kommer från Wien, Österrike och det finns tydligen en indiescen där också. Precis som om jag inte trodde det men det är kul att få lyssna på band som jag aldrig fått höra annars kan jag tänka mig. Det är ganska poppigt men det går inte riktigt över gränsen till att vara lite för poppigt och jag kan tänka mig att en grupp som lyssnats på mycket är Beatles för det finns lite av samma harmonier i många av låtarna och de vågar blanda mellan lite lugnare låtar på samma gång som de ibland har mer fart i dem. Så vill ni ha riktigt snygg indiepop så tycker jag nog att ni ska ge Jussel en riktig chans och är ni inne på den svenska popvågen från 90-talet så kommer ni att älska Jussel. 23/10-2025

When the record starts and I hear the first notes, I think a little bit of Oasis. Maybe not quite right because Jussels music is a little bit nicer but it ́s about the same influences from the beginning maybe. Jussel comes from Vienna, Austria and there is apparently an indie scene there too. Just as if I didn't believe it but it's fun to listen to bands that I never got to hear otherwise I can imagine. It ́s really poppy but it doesn ́t really go over the line to be a little too poppy and I can imagine that a group which has been listened to a lot is the Beatles because there is a little bit of the same harmonies in many of the songs and they dare to mix between some calmer songs at the same time as they sometimes have more speed in them. So if you want really nice indie pop then I think you should give Jussel a real chance and if you are into the Swedish pop wave from the 90's you will love Jussel. 23/10-2025
