IMPULSE MANSLAUGHTER-LIVE AT WFMU(CD BEER CITY 129) Impulse Manslaughter har jag aldrig nästan hört förut och då är det kanske inte det rätta att börja med en halvrisig liveinspelning. Men någonstans hör man ju att det finns klara tendenser till något bra i deras musik och deras framförallt snabba och råa musik. Man märker kanske lite var influenserna kommer ifrån i och med att de kör en Dischargecover på livespelningen. Men en hel del studiolåtar får vi här också. Men studiolåtarna tillsammans med Provocation är för stökig för min del och det är ingen större skillnad mot liveljudet. Sammanfattningsvis så är det tuff och hård musik det handlar om men den är lite för stökig för att jag skall gilla den fullt ut.(SEX) 18/5-04 |

But somewhere you can hear good tendencies in their music and their fast and raw music. You can notice from where the influences comes because we got a Dischargecover on the liverecording. But a whole lot of studiosongs we get here too. But the studiosongs with Provocation is too messy for my style and it´s not so much difference from the livesound. In a wholeness we can say it´s really messy and too much for me to like this all the way.(SIX) 18/5-04 |
