GENEROUS MARIA & SKUA-SPLIT CD(CD ALONE AR 002) Generous Maria är först ut och de är riktigt intressanta. Deras tunga och hårda musik kan väl inte kalla stonerrock precis för här finns det säkert influenser både från punk och från hårdrock känns det som. Jag skulle bara vilja kalla det bra musik och ingenting annat. Man kan säkert räkna upp en massa band men jag ser ingen anledning till det för Generous Maria har lyckats att få till en egen stil inom den hårda rocken. SKUA Däremot ligger nog mera i stonerrockfacket med sina halvskumma nästan lite 60-talsaktiga gitarrer. En sångare som ligger lite bakom kompet är ganska typiskt och denna match mellan Göteborg och Stockholm vinner Generous Maria stort(SJU) 31/1-01

Thier heavy and hard music we can´t call stonerrcok precisly because here´s influences both from punk and from hard rock. I will only call it good music and nothing else. You can surely rank a lot of bands but I can´t see any point in doing that because Generous Maria have got a own way in hard music in the hard rock style.  SKUA  is the other group on this CD and they´re more into the stonerrockthing I think with their halfodd stule and 60´s sounding guitars and a singer who is a little in the background of the music. And this match is Gothenburg winning over Stockholm, really big(SEVEN) 31/1-01
