GEEZAPUNX-BEST BEFORE DEC 1982(MINI-CD)

De här “gubbarna” har varit med ett tag, i alla fall när vi snackar ålder och därav namnet på skivan kanske.  Jag förstår vad de menar med sin skivtitel för deras musik känns ju till viss del daterad och jag tänker på tidiga band som Destructors och den typen av punkrock. Som kanske inte låter 77 men det finns en hel del senare punk a´la UK82 och den typen av musik. Sedan har de stoppat in lite annat än punk i sin musik också tycker jag men grundbulten är ju självklart punkrock. Men det är mycket attityd i deras musik och jag tycker helt klart att bandet är värt en plats bland de bra punkbanden. Jag skulle bara vilja höra lite mer innan jag uttalar mig fullständigt om gruppen. Men punk med mycket kärlek och känsla är det i alla fall. 26/3-2015

These "old men" have been around a while, at least when we're talking age and hence the name of the disc might. I understand what they mean by its disc title for their music feels somewhat dated and I think of the early band Destructors and that kind of punk rock. That might not sound 77 but there is a lot later punk a'la UK82 and that type of music. Then they stopped in a little more than punk in his music also, I think, but the linchpin's obvious punk rock. But there are a lot of attitude in their music and I think quite clear that the band is worth a place among the great punk bands. I would just like to hear some more before I speak correctly about the group. But punk with much love and feel it anyway. 26/3-2015
