DEAD PEASANTS REVOLT-TEAR IT ALL DOWN/RESISTANCE IS FERTILE(CD)

De har bränt två skivor på en och samma CD och Resistance is Fertile ser ut som en Crass/Dirt skiva och det är ju fräckt. Efter en udda inledning och där trodde jag nästan att detta var en hiphopskiva eller något liknande så sätter gruppen igång och jag får mitt lystmäte mättat med anarchopunk eller liknande. 26 låtar av ganska tuff och snabb anarchopunkliknande musik och det är ju kul att lyssna till. Med låttitlar som D.I.Y or die, Colonial Invasion, When we in och This is our movement så tycker jag nog att Dead peasants Revolt lyckas ganska väl att upprätthålla Crass-fana eller något sådant bands fana och man får en tro på punken/hardcoren igen som ett sätt att påverka folk med ”bra åsikter” eller i alla fall åsikter som jag delar och då måste de ju vara bra. Båda skivorna håller god klass tykcer jag och det är en klart intressant grupp.  21/5-2015

They have burned two discs on the same CD and Resistance is Fertile looks like a Crass / Dirt album and it's nifty. After a quirky introduction and where I almost thought that this was a hip hop album or something like that puts the group ahead and I get my fill saturated with anarchopunk or similar. 26 tracks of rather tough and fast anarchopunksimilar music and it's fun to listen to. With song titles like DIY or die, Colonial Invasion, When we enter and This is our movement, I think enough to Dead Peasants Revolt succeeds pretty well to maintain Crass-banner or something like that band banner and you get a belief in the punk / hardcore again as a way to influence people with "good views" or in any case the opinions which I share, and then they must surely be good. Both discs are good class I think and it's a very interesting group. 21/5-2015
