DAMAGED UK-KILL THE BILL(MINI-CD/LAST STAND STUDIO)

En femlåtars skiva från engelska Damaged UK och ser man på skivans omslag så blir man lätt lurad att detta måste vara någon slags hardcore eller anarchopunk eller liknande. Men när My Enemy drar igår så är det en mer emoinriktad eller i alla fall ganska melodisk typ av punk och inte hardcore på något sätt. En det fråntar ju inte dem att det är jävligt bra låtar. Det är fem låtar på skivan och de andra låtarna heter Skeptik, Anti-Zero, Scum och No Control. Skeptik är väl lite tuffare och snabbare och ger mig mer en hårdare stil av punkrock och hela skivan bara ger mig rysningar och detta på ett positivt sätt eftersom deras snabba punkrock är såpass bra. Kul med band som man aldrig hört talas om och ger mig denna känsla. Så försök att få lyssna till Damaged UK och gillar ni punk så kommer ni inte att bli besvikna och det ä ren punk som kanske är typisk engelsk men riktigt bra! 10/11-2022

A five-song record from English Damaged UK and if you look at the album's cover, you are easily fooled that this must be some kind of hardcore olr anarchopunk or similar. But when My Enemy it´s put on, it's a more emo-oriented or at least quite melodic kind of punk and not hardcore by any means. One it doesn't deprive them that they're damn good songs. There are five songs on the record and the other songs are called Skeptik, Anti-Zero, Scum and No Control. Skeptik are a little tougher and faster and give me more of a harder style of punk rock and the whole record just gives me shivers and this in a positive way because their fast punk rock is so good. Fun with bands you've never heard of and gives me this feeling. So try to listen to Damaged UK and if you like punk you will not be disappointed and it is pure punk which may be typical English but really good! 10/11-2022
