DALAPLAN-DELAD VÅRDNAD(LP-BELUGA MUSIC 151)

Jag blir lite förvirrad när jag läser att skivan är inspelad på 2000-talets första år för jag trodde det var en ny skiva men förstår efter ett tag att 2000-talet är måna många år. Dalaplan har alltid varit en favoritorkester redan första gången jag hörde dem för några år sedan. Jag vet inte om jag skall kalla detta för poppig punk eller punkig pop och det är ju egentligen skitsamma för det är riktigt bra musik och jag tänker på gamla grupper som Fiendens Musik på grund av saxofonen, Docenterna på grund av det finurliga och Problem på grund av skånskan. De är det nog bara jag som här och det viktiga här är att Beluga Records har fått till ännu en riktigt bra utgåva. Ett av Sveriges bästa bolag börjar jag märka nu. Det finns låtar i alla möjliga former här men fokus ligger på bra musik och i Jag såg dig gå får jag nästan en Springsteen-feeling i inledningen. Sedan kommer Jenny in med sin röst och blåser bort alla tankar på Bruce och jag tänker bara på Dalaplan. Har ni aldrig hört dem så tycker jag nog att ni ska ge de chansen. 11/11-2024

DALAPLAN-DELAD VÅRDNAD(LP-BELUGA MUSIC 151)

I get a little confused when I read that the record was recorded in the first year of the 2000s because I thought it was a new record but after a while I understand that the 2000s are many years. Dalaplan has always been a favorite orchestra from the first time I heard them a few years ago. I don ́t know if I should call this poppy punk or punky pop and it ́s really the same because it ́s really good music and I think about old groups like Fiendens Musik because of the saxophone, Docenterna because of the quirky and Problem because of the Scanian dialect. It's probably just me here and the important thing here is that Beluga Records has got another really good release. One of Sweden's best companies I'm starting to notice now. There are songs in all kinds of forms here but the focus is on good music and in I saw you go I almost get a Springsteen feeling in the introduction. Then Jenny comes in with her voice and blows away all thoughts of Bruce and I only think of Dalaplan. If you've never heard them, I think you should give them a chance. 11/11-2024
