COCKSPARRER-FOREVER(CD-RANDALE RECORDS RAN 282)

Den här skivan har jag längtat efter att få höra och jag blev inte besviken. För Cocksparrer lyckas faktiskt hålla uppe intresset denna skiva också. Det är så skönt att höra att de gamla punkarna inte låter trötta och att de fortfarande kan få fram slagfärdiga låtar. Jag har många exempel det senaste på det med nya skivor av Adicts, PTTTB; Varukers och GBH och där alla låter bra. Cocksparrer låter precis som de ska ha och det vimlar av melodier och bra sång såklart och det är punk som den ”ska” låta. Man vill bara hoppa och dansa och sjunga med och det är väl egentligen så som alltid Cocksparrer har gjort sina låtar och den som gillar det gamla tror jag inte blir besviken. Hoppas inte det i alla fall och då skulle jag bli överraskad! 28/11-2017

I have longed for this disc and I was not disappointed. In fact, for Cocksparrer, it is possible to keep up the interest of this record as well. It's so nice to hear that the old punks are not tired and that they can still get foreward good songs. I have many examples the latest on it with new discs of Adicts, PTTTB; Varukers and GBH and there everyone sounds good. Cocksparrer sounds just the way they will have and it sounds like that with melodies and good songs, of course, and it's punk it's gonna sound. You just want to jump and dance and sing along and it's really as always Cocksparrer has made their songs and I think I'm not disappointed at all. Do not hope you´re not either but I would be surprised then! 28/11-2017
COCKSPARRER-TWO MONKEYS 2009(CD-CAPTAIN OI AHOY CD 307)

Den här skivan från 2000 har restaurerats och belagts med några extralåtar som är liveinspelade. Som alla vet med den här gruppen så gör Colins röst mycket för deras speciella sound. Här finns kanske inga sådana hitlåtar som på deras Shooktroops men det garanteras en mycket habil skiva i alla fall för Cocksparrers punkrock är alltid trevlig att lyssna till eftersom det sprudlar av singalong och bra melodier. Så typiskt engelska de är egentligen och det är alltid kul att lyssna till dem för jag blir glad. Extralåtarna har vi ju hört förut men vad gör det att höra liveversioner av så pass bra låtar som Secret Army och Where are they now! 3/4-09

This record have been done in an ew costume and it have some extra bonussongs which is liverecorded.  As everyone knows so does Colins voice a whole lot for this group and their special sound. Here we don´t have any hitsongs as on their Shooktroops but it´s guaranteen to be a very habile record anyway because Cocksparrers punkrock is always nice to listen to because it´+s bubbling of singalong and good melodies. So typical English they are and it´s always fun to listen to them because I´m becoming so happy. The extraosngs have we heard before but it doesn´t do anything bad for me to ehar liveversions of so good songs as Secret Army and Where are they now! 3/4-09
COCKSPARRER-GUILTY AS CHARGED 2009(CD-CAPTAIN OI AHOY CD 306)

Den här skivan kom ut 1994 från början och även den här skivan har fått en restauering och några extralåtar. Jag vet att jag var riktigt glad när skivan kom eftersom Cocksparrer var tillbaks på scenen igen. Because you´re young är en riktigt bra låt som verkligen sätter sig i huvudet och det är en låt som skulle passat in på Shooktroops utan problem.  Många av låtarna har den chansen och Guilty as Charged är ett av Cocksparrers bättre album och som vanligt med Cocksparrer blir man glad som bara den av deras musik. Kul liten slinga i Bird Trouble och jag får någon slags julfeeling i den låten. Som extralåtar får vi Run Aaway skivan från Bitzcore(1995)….Streetpunkens pappor har gjort det igen. 3/4-09

This record came out 1994 from the beginning and this record have also got a new costume and some extrasongs. I know that I was really happy when the record came because Cocksparrer was back on the scene again. Because you´re young is a really good song which  really is stucked in my head and it is a song which could have been alright on Shooktroops without problems. Many of the songs have that chance and Guilty as Charged is one of Cocksparrers better albums and as ususal with Cocksparrer you become as hell when you hear it. It´s a fun little thing in Bird Trouble and I get some sort of christmasfeeling when I hear that song. As extraongs we get Run Aawy record from Bitzcore(1995)…The dads of streetpunk have done it again.3/4-09
COCKSPARRER-HERE WE STAND(CD-CAPTAIN OI AHOYCD 298)

Det här har jag väntat länge på och äntligen blev det veklighet. Jag var lite nervös när jag satte på skivan för jag trodde det magiska i Colins röst skulle vara försvunnet men så var verkligen inte fallet.  De 14 låtarna visar verkligen att Cocksparrer lever på bra och helt klart är detta en av Cocksparrers bästa skivor det senaste och jag är väldigt nöjd med den. De fem medelålders männen låter lika unga som de har gjort sedan de började och här märks inga ålderskrämpor. Kul som bara fan att höra dem och hade fem medelålders män i Sverige sett ut så här och låtit så här så hade folk rynkat på näsan men i England känns det så rätt. Texterna är desamma ungefär som de brukar men det viktigaste ändå med Cocksparrers musik är ändå Colins röst och de otroliga körerna tillsammans med melodierna. En av 2007s bästa skivor.2/1-2008

This have I really longing for for a while and finally it became reality. I was  a little bit nervous   when I put on the record because I wonder if the magic in Colins voicewould be disappeared but so it wasn´t. The 14 songs really shows us that Cocksparrer lives on well and this is one of Cocksparrers best record the latest years and I´m really satsified with it. The five middleaged men sounds as good as they did when they first started and here we don´t see any agechangings. Fun as fun to hear them and had five middleaged men in Sweden looked lik this and sounded in this way so had people in Sweden wrinkled their nose but in England it feels really right. The lyrics is the same as they have always been but the most important is Colins voice, the good choirs and this together with the meldoies. One of 2007 best records. 2/1-2008
COCKSPARRER-LIVE RUNNIN RIOT ACROSS THE USA(CD-TKO RECORDS TKOROUND 55)
Nästan hela Shooktroops är med på skivan och det är förståeligt eftersom det är en av punkvärldens riktiga klassiker. Annars finns Argy Bargy, England belongs to me, We love you och andra riktigt bra låtar med på skivan. Cocksparrer är och förblir ett av de viktigaste punkbanden i världen. Det är kul och skönt att höra att rösten håller så bra trots att de kommit upp lite i ålder. Ni vet hur de låter och vet ni inte det så måste ni ta reda på det, klassisk streetpunk med underbar sångare. Ljudkvalitéen kunde kanske vara bättre men som tidsdokument är detta riktigt bra. 22/6-06

Almost whole of the Shooktroops is on this record and that we can understand because it's a really big punkclassic. Otherwise there is good songs like Argy Bargy, England belongs to me, We love you and other really good songs. Cocksparrer is and have been one of the best punkbands in the world. It's fun and nice to hear that the voice is so good even if they have coming up in age a little. You know how they sound and don´t you know that you have to check that out, classic streetpunk with a wonderful singer. The sound quality could have been better but as timedocument is this really good. 22/6-06

”These are Holy Grail items for Oi! collectors and command prices in excess of £250 per 7”! Read `em and weep! A Must Have for all Oi! fans.”Så här står det på Captain Ois hemsida om skivan och det kanske stämmer . Jag vet att jag hörde deras Stones cover We love you 1977 redan och blev redan då förtjust i gruppen. De fick till den till en riktigt punklåt. Runnin Riot, Chip on my shoulder, Trouble on the Terraces är andra bra låtar på skivan. Till deras stora fördel finns ju Colins röst som är väldigt speciell. Några av låtar här kanske inte rktigt håller måttet och det är de låtar som låter lite pubrock sådär, som Sister Suzie men här finns så pass många låtar som gör det värt att köpa skivan. Men deras bästa skivan är och kommer alltid att förbli Shocktroops.13/6-06

A Must Have for all Oi! fans.” That’s the way Captain Oi express it on their website about the record and that´s all true. I know when I heard their Stones cover We love you 1977 and then I already became fond of the group. They got it foreward to a real punkrocksong. Runnin Riot, Chip on my shoulder, Trouble on the Terraces is other good songs on the record. And to their big advantage is Colins voice which is very special. Some of the songs here maybe don´t go along the whole way when they sound a little bit of pubrock as in Sister Suzie but here so much good songs which makes it worth buying the record. But their best record is and will always be their Shocktroops. 13/6-06

En dubbelLP med Cocksparrer live 2003. Det kan inte bli mycket bättre faktiskt. Jo den kunde ju varit på CD för jag är ju lite slö med sådant. Fantastiskt mycket bra låtar de har gjort egentligen, Englands belong to me, Argy Bargy, Take em all, Because you´re young ,Where are they now är bara några av deras hits. Inte mycket att orda om egentligen för Cocksparrer måste vara ett av världens bästa punkband och det känns som om de tycker det är roligt att spela ännu och därför låter det så bra. 16/4-04

A double LP with Cocksparrer live 2003. It couldn´t be so much better. Yeah it could be on CD because I´m a little bit lazy with those things. Fantastic songs have they a lot and what do you say about those for example  Englands belong to me, Argy Bargy, Take em all, Because you´re young ,Where are they now and thats only some of their hits. Not much to talk about but Cocksparrer must be one of the worlds best punkbands and it feels like they really thinks it´s fun to play nowadays too and therefor it sounds so good.(NINE). 16/4-04
