BRIGANTIK-A GYULÖLET SZAKUCA(DIGITAL EP)

Brigantik intervjuade jag ju för några år sedan och jag fick ett mail att de släppt en ny singel och då frågade jag om ett fysiskt ex eftersom jag bara recenserar fysiska skivor för annars hade jag kunnat sitta hela dagen och recensera och jag har ju ett annat jobb också så jag har satt gränsen på det. Men när de skrev att de inte hade råd att släppa ett fysiskt ex så tog jag mig ändå tid att lyssna till de fyra låtarna. Det låter bra och det är riktigt hårt också och det är synd att deras hårda punk inte kommer ut fysiskt också. Detta ungerska band är riktigt intressant och att de spelar punk i ett land som Ungern känns nästan lite farligt och deras snärtiga punkrock är något för som gillar band som Exploited till exempel för jag tror ni kan uppskatta detta riktigt mycket. Jag gillar ju all slags punk och Brigantik är inget undantag sångaren har sådär skönt ansträngd röst och passar ypperligt in till musiken. Kanske inget nytt under solen men om ni är nyfikna punkare så ska ni försöka få höra på Brigantik för ni kommer inte att ångra er! 24/2-2025

BRIGANTIK-A GYULÖLET SZAKUCA(DIGITAL EP)

I interviewed Brigantik a few years ago and I got an email that they released a new single and then I asked for a physical one because I only review physical records because otherwise I could have sat all day and reviewed and I have another job too so I've set the limit on that. But when they wrote that they couldn't afford to release a physical copy, I still took the time to listen to the four songs. It sounds good and it's really hard too and it's a shame that their hard punk doesn't come out physically too. This Hungarian band is really interesting and that they play punk in a country like Hungary feels almost a little bit dangerous and their snappy punkrock is something for who likes bands like Exploited for example because I think you can appreciate this really much. I like all kinds of punk and Brigantik is no exception, the singer has such a nice strained voice and fits perfectly into the music. Maybe nothing new under the sun but if you are curious punks you should try to listen to Brigantik because you will not regret it! 24/2-2025

BRIGANTIK-AKTUALIS DUH(MINI-CD)

Ungersk punk har jag nästan aldrig hört och det ä ren skön känsla att slänga på denna skiva just därför tycker jag. Deras musik är väldigt energisk och tät på något sätt och här finns inte mycket utrymme för att andas.Visst finns här influenser från både hardcore och lite metal men det är ändå punken som är grunden. Jag gillar de snabba låtarna och jag gillar energin och jag gillar att de låter arga. Det kanske är språket men det känns som om de har riktigt mycket att säga. 5 låtar är vad vi får här och de ligger väl alla runt 15 minuter och det är väl så punk ska spelas…treminuterslåtar. Allatkuzok är nog min favoritlåt på skivan om det nu stavas så….en snabb och tuff låt som är svår att värja sig emot. Jag älskar detta “jobb” och att få skivor från ställen jag aldrig hört ifrån tidigare.  22/9-2022

BRIGANTIK-AKTUALIS DUH(MINI-CD)

Hungarian punk I've hardly ever heard and it's a nice feeling to throw on this record that's why I think. Their music is really energetic and dense in some way and there's not much room for breathing here. Of course, there are influences from both hardcore and a little metal, but it is still punk that is the basis. I like the fast songs and I like the energy and I like that they sound angry. It might be the language but it feels like they have a lot to say. 5 songs is what we get here and they're all around 15 minutes and that's how punk should be played... three-minute songs. Allatkuzok is probably my favorite song on the record if it's spelled that way....a fast and tough song that's hard to resist. I love this "job" and getting records from places I've never heard from before. 22/9-2022

Jag kollar på en live-upptagning av Egyutt a bajban och ser att det är trummisen som sjunger där. Ser jobbigt ut med det snabba tempot. Det är väl tur att låtarna inte är så långa. Den här tidigare skivan är om möjligt lite tuffare tycker jag. Korrupcioorszag är min absoluta favoritlåt med Brigantik och den kanske inte är så hård men har en melodi och sound som verkligen tilltalar mig. Förutom de tre låtarna är de två bonuslåtar och det är inte vilka som helst utan Nem jo itt semmi är en låt som låter som om den är tagen från vilket UK82-band som helst fast med sång på ungerska. Den andra extralåten är Klimavaltozas och den börjar riktigt lugnt för att sedan accelera till att bli en riktigt skön punklåt. Medryckande som bara den och det kanske är något nytt men det är nytt för mig och jag tycker gruppen är riktigt bra och de förvaltar punkarvet riktigt bra! 22/9-2022

I watch a live recording of Egyutt a bajban and see that it's the drummer singing there. Looks tough with the fast pace. It's probably lucky that the songs aren't that long. This previous record is, if possible, a little tougher, I think. Korrupcioorszag is my absolute favorite song with Brigantik and it may not be that hard but has a melody and sound that really appeals to me. In addition to the three songs, they are two bonus tracks and it's not just any but Nem jo itt semmi is a song that sounds like it's taken from any UK82 band but with vocals in Hungarian. The other extra song is Klimavaltozas and it starts off really calm and then accelerates to become a really nice punk song. Catchy as just that and it might be something new but it's new to me and I think the group is really good and they manage the punk heritage really well! 22/9-2022
