BIG DEAL-SAY YES(CD-FAT CAT FATCD142/BORDER)

Big Deal är en grupp med ett riktigt trevligt sound i indiestil tycker jag. Med en kvinnlig sångerska och ett ganska psykedeliskt sound och tillika psykedeliskt omslag så tycker jag nog att gruppen lyckas få till en typ av musik som verkligen tilltalar mig mycket. Det låter inte som alla andra band som finns här omkring utan det känns att Big Deal försöker göra något eget utan att låta konstiga på något sätt och ni vet ju att det är väldigt svårt att göra något eget i denna stora musikvärld idag. Men som jag säger så är det ett 60-talsliknande sound i modern tappning och det är ju aldrig fel när grupper tar vara på historia och ursprung och för det vidare. Så varför inte kolla in en ny grupp som har mycket musik i sig och varför inte då pröva Big Deal och då menar jag inte något på McDonalds utan denna grupp. 23/6-2016

Big Deal is a group with a really nice sound in the indie style, I think. With a female singer and a rather psychedelic sound and also the psychedelic cover, I think probably that the group manages to get to a kind of music that really appeals to me very much. It does not sound like any other band that's around here, but it feels that the Big Deal are trying to make something of their own without sounding strange in any way, and you know that it is very difficult to make something of their own in this great world of music today. But as I say, it's a 60's like sound with a modern twist and there are never wrong when groups take advantage of the history and origin, and take it further. So why not check out a new group that has a lot of music in itself, and why not try the Big Deal and I do not mean anything at McDonalds, I mean this group. 23/6-2016
