BEOWULF-THE RE RELEASES “BEOWULF & LOST MY HEAD(CD-I SCREAM RECORDS 88.886-02) En återgivning av två gamla skivor med Beowulf och det är en typ av musik som jag har lite svårt får I vissa av låtarna. För sången och musiken går inte riktigt ihop. Musikaliskt låter de nästan som gamla Blood ibland men sångaren låter lite väl ansträngd. Vad jag inte riktigt gillar är att deras musik nästan går över till hårdrock ibland men när punken har överhand blir det bra. Finns en hel del drag av Motörhead, lyssna bara på Get the grind och hör själva. Jag kan tänka mig att ni som gillar GBH kanske skulle uppskatta detta en del. De båda skivorna är ganska lika och till slut blir man ganska trött på denna punk rock n roll heavy.(SEX) 7/4-05 |
BEOWULF-THE RE RELEASES “BEOWULF & LOST MY HEAD(CD-I SCREAM RECORDS 88.886-02) A rerelease of two old records with Beiwulf and that´s music I have a little bit difficult to like so much. Because the vocals and the music doesn´t go so good together. Musically they almost sound like old Blood sometimes but the singer sounds a little bit too restrained. And what I don´t really like is that their music almost goes over to heavy metal sometimes but when the punk have the most of it it´s better. And there´s some similarities with Motörhead, listen to Get the grind and listen. I can imagine that you people who like GBH almost can like this a lot. The both records is almost the same stuff and after a while I´m really tired of this punk rock n roll heavy.(SIX) 7/4-05 |
