Oj, redan i första ackordet på My part of town känns det som om jag fått ett nytt favoritband. För det är riktigt bra punkrock detta. Med en ganska rå röst som passar ypeprligt in i musiken så ger oss Bent Out of Shape en typ av punkrock med inslag av både oi och nästan lite folkpunk(very little) i någon av låtarna. Det är ett sådant driv i låtarna så jag blir så glad och som sagt den råa rösten passar ypperligt in i låtarna. Ett av årets band tycker jag nog! Detta är det allra bästa med att göra ett fanzine. Att jag får chans att höra en massa band som jag troligen aldrig hade hört annars. Spotify i all ära men riktiga skivor är ändå grejen tycker jag. Kalla mig gammalmodig…det skiter jag i men musik ska lyssnas på riktigt sätt. Nederländerna har gett oss många bra band men detta är nog ett av de bästa på senare år. Gillar ni punkig oi med rå sångröst då kommer ni att älska Bent out of Shape för det gör jag! Skulle kunna ge skivan ännu mer superlativer men jag nöjer mig med högt betyg och sätter på skivan om och om och om igen! 2/12-2022

Oh, already in the first chord on My part of town, I feel like I've got a new favorite band. Because it's really good punk rock this. With a rather raw voice that fits perfectly into the music, Bent Out of Shape gives us a type of punk rock with elements of both oi and almost a bit of folkpunk(very little) in either song. There's such a drive in the songs so I'm so happy and as I said the raw voice fits perfectly into the songs. One of this year's bands, I think! This is the very best thing about making a fanzine. That I get a chance to hear a lot of bands that I probably would never have heard otherwise. Spotify in all its glory but real records are still the thing, I think. Call me old-fashioned... I on that but music should be listened to in a real way. The Netherlands has given us a lot of good bands but this is probably one of the best in recent years. If you like punky oi with raw singing voice then you will love Bent out of Shape because I do! Could give the record even more superlatives but I'm satsifiedwith high ratings and put the record on again and again and again! 2/12-2022
