BARCODE-SHOWDOWN(CD-NUCLEAR BLAST NB 1425-2/SOUND POLLLUTION) Lite dansk hardcore, inte så vanligt kanske men riktigt uppfriskande. De 16 låtarna är tuffa både i attityd och i musik och gruppen tillför hardcoren något tycker jag. En genre som annars kan vara ganska stillastående men Barcode lyckas ändå få till en del nyheter i musiken. Vad jag gillar mest är att de trots all tuff attityd försöker få till en melodisk ådra i allt öset. De har fått till en känsla som gör att det känns som om de inte kommer från Danmark utan att de mer är uppväxta i ett tufft New York, i något slitet arbetarkvarter där. Man får aldrig en vettig andhämtningspaus och det gör att Barcode nästan kör över oss.(ÅTTA) 4/4-05

 BARCODE-SHOWDOWN(CD-NUCLEAR BLAST NB 1425-2/SOUND POLLLUTION)  A little bit of Danish hardcore, not so usual but really refreshing. The 16 songs is tough both in attitude and in music and the group let the hardcore be a little better in their way I think. A style which otherwise could be alittle bit still standing but Barcode manages to get foreward some new things in the music. The thing I like the most is that though their tough attitude get foreward a melodic way in all the noise. They have got foreward a feeling which feels like if they´re not are from Denmark and it feels like they´re grown up in the working class in New York. You never get a chance to breath when they play their music so Barcode almost drive over us.(EIGHT) 4/4-05
BARCODE-HARDCORE (CD-HARDBOILED PCD 53) Att vara ett hårt spelande hardcoreband i Danmark kan inte vara lätt. Barcode gör vad de kan för att leva upp till den amerikanska stilen. Det är samma tuffa stil som band som Agnostic Front, Cause For Alarm och de andra banden har. Jag tycker att Barcode lyckas riktigt bra i vad de gör. De skulle helt klart kunna matcha de nyss nämnda bandens alster. Vad som slår mig är deras ilska och det känns verkligen som man blir nerslagen när man hör dem. För det är käftsmäll efter käftsmäll som Barcode levererar till oss. När denna skiva kommer ut nästa år(2002) hoppas jag att alla springer och köper den för den ilskna sak är verkligen värd att investera i(ÅTTA) 18/12-01 BARCODE-HARDCORE (CD-HARDBOILED PCD 53) To be a hard playing hardcoreband in Denmark can´t be easy. But Barcore do what they can to live up to the american standard. It´s the same tough style as band as  Agnostic Front, Cause For Alarm and the other bands have. I think that Barcode succeed really good and they can really match the mention bands records. What hit me then , that´s their anger and it really feels like you get hit down when you hear them Itr´s hit after hit against my face and it feels good. When this record come out next year(2002) I really hope that you run to the store and buy this angry thing because it´s really worth to invest in(EIGHT). 18/12-01
