4 FT FINGERS-A CAUSE FOR CONCERN(CD-GOLF RECORDS CDHOLE 119/BORDER) 4ft Fingers startar med en låt som låter som om No Fun at All har återuppstått och det låter härligt. Snabb punkrock med mycket melodier förstår ni kanske att det handlar om och det är så jag vill att punkrock skall låta. I andra låten Only time will tell så låter det härligt reggaeaktigt men det är någonstans Bad Religionstämmor över musiken och helt klart är detta sådan musik som jag bara avgudar ,det vet ni som har varit med ett tag med Skrutt. 12 starka låtar som verkligen inte går av för hackor och stilen som 4 ft Fingers spelar är riktigt bra. Fast punkrock with much melodies as you can understand and that´s the way I want punkrock should sound. In the other song Only time will tell so sounds it really nice with some reggaestyled music with some Bad religionstyle over the music and it´s really these sort of music which I really admire, that you know which have been with a while with Skrutt. 12 strong songs which really makes me happy and the style as 4 ft Fingers is really good. 4 FT FINGERS-FROM HERO TO ZERO(CD-GOLF RECORDS CDHOLE 053/PLASTIC HEAD) Det här börjar lovande, som en blandning av No Fun at All och Millencollin, spetsa detta med Bad Religion och lite Misfits och du har 4 ft fingers. Nej, nu är jag orättvis, ett av Englands bästa punkband visar sig detta vara och de har tagit mycket från andra band men de lyckas ändå få till ett någorlunda eget sound tycker jag. De växlar mellan snabba och lite lugnare låtar men allt ligger i fåran för USHC anser jag och 4 ft Fingers kanske inte gör något nytt men de spelar sin punkrock med kärlek.(ÅTTA) 14/11-02 |
4 FT FINGERS-FROM HERO TO ZERO(CD-GOLF RECORDS CDHOLE 053/PLASTIC HEAD) It begins very promising, as a mix of No Fun at All and Millencollin, put this together with some Bad Religion and some Misfits and you have 4 ft Fingers. No, now I´m unfair, one of Englands best punkbands shows this us and they have taken much from many other bands but they have succeed to make an own sound anyway, I think. They mix between fast songs and some not so fast songs but they´re always in the vein of USHC I think and 4 ft Fingers don´t maybe do anything new but they play their punkrock with love.(EIGHT)14/11-02 |
