Jag intervjuade ju Boys för några år sedan och nu skulle man alltså få se dem live. Tre femtedelar är ju från Sverige på scen Kent och Chips från Sator och H-son från bland annat Full Metal Jacketz. Matt Dangerfield och Casino Steel är med och de berättade att Honest John Plain hade varit med om en olycka tidigare i år. Publiken var som väntat ganska ålderstigen och en hel del bekanta människor var där, en hel del gamla Uddevallapunkare, Emrik, Jönsson från Attentat, Peter Gerhardsson etc. En sådan här grupp kanske man inte ska se på en sådan här scen egentligen.

Utan det ska nog vara på ett mörkare ställe och med folk har druckit lite till. Till en början känns det ganska segt faktiskt och även om det är låtar som TCP, Weekend och nyare låtar som I'm a believer och 1976 så tycker jag inte riktigt att det tänder till på allvar. Det är egentligen inte förrän b-sidan på deras första singel Soda Pressing kommer och den följs upp av No money, Do the contract, I don't care, Brickfield Nights och First time och då blir det riktigt bra. Som extralåtar blir det Living in the city och Sick on you som Casino sjunger och hans röst är sådär gott punkig så jag skulle velat höra mer låtar med honom på sång.

Några låtar sjungs av Kent och de får nästan till en Satorfeeling på dem. Jag skulle nästan vara med på de följande spelningarna nu för de är nog inomhus och med en festande publik och jag tror det kan bli riktigt bra. Sober old people så någon i gruppen om publiken idag och det är väl en förklaring till utebliven pogo och som Peter Gerhardsson sade bakom mig, de låter inte lika farligt som när de kom på 70-talet. Men jag hade glömt att de hade så många bra låtar och de nya låtarna håller bra också tycker jag så det var skönt att man inte missade konserten.

The audience was as expected quite aged, and a lot of familiar people were there, a lot of old Uddevalla Punks, Emrik, Jönsson from Attentat,  Peter Gerhardsson etc.

A group like this one may not be sure of such a scene really. But it'll probably be in a darker place and the audience have drunk some. At first it feels quite boring actually, and although there are songs like TCP, Weekend and newer songs that I'm a believer and 1976, so I do not really there teeth seriously. It is not really until the b-side of their first single Soda Pressing and will be followed up by No Money, Do the contract, I don’t care, Brickfield Nights and First time and then it will be really good. As additional songs will be Living in the city and the Sick on you like Casino sing and his voice is so so good punky so I would have liked to hear more songs with him on vocals.

Some songs are sung by Kent and they almost get into a Satorfeeling at them. I would almost be on the following gigs now they're probably indoors and with a partying crowd and I think it can be really good. Sober old people said someone in the group about the audience today and it is well explain the failure to pogo and Peter Gerhardsson said behind me, the sound is not as dangerous as when they came in the 70s. But I had forgotten they had so many great songs and the new songs are good too, I think so it was nice to not missed the concert.
