Another record have been coming intot he stores with the gothenburggroup TRoublemakers. I asked Christer to answer some questions about the group and about the releasegig which was on the 5th of september 2009 to celebrate the new release. But I couldn’t of different reasons be on that gig but I got the record some days before and I´m really satisfied when I hear it. The record is called Made in Sweden and is there 7^th record in 14 years. And when I ask Christer about how it sounds and if it is sounding as usual so says he or more express it this way. – Usual and usual. What the fuck do you mean with that. Every record have it´s own character and this is more party I think. And then it have been varying between members and that should be heard. But Troublemakers are always Troublemakers and it will be so.

Charlie quit the group after many years and into the group came a new drummer named Sailor and he have done 7-8 gigs now with the group and he not only give energy to the group on stage and also a positive spirit and he does it also private. He thinks they have chosen a good guy there and he plays also with a band called Sacred sailors and when we talk about groups on the side of Troublemakers so tells us Christer that Elvis plays with Nunnery too.

How can you do such genuine gothenburgpunk with a Norwegian guy in the group: - The only genuine in our music is my dialect maybe. But we have a French king which is monarch in Sweden and that everyone accepts and as you know there isn´t any genuine footballteam either.   

Nemas plays/played as a support act on the releasegig and they(Troublemakers) will me mixing both new and old material on the gig and will play 8 songs(did they?) from the new album and there will be fireworks, naked girls and a lot of boozing. Nemas is the support act. One of my favouritesongs with TM is the Ny-våg session and is there any chance to heart hem live anytime? – We use to do some Ny-Våg-gigs sometimes with songs from that time. But never in Gothenburg which is strange. We was up in the northern Sweden and did 5-6 gigs and that was appreciated.  

What drives the old man Christer Blomgren to play punk like this thirty years after he started with it. He´s in need to be heard and seen and to write music and lyrics and then have they really fun all the time when they´re out and that doesn’t makes things more boring. Peculiar things have happened during all years but the most odd must be the thing that Christer tells us now:- The most funny thing was when we gave over our ”Änglarnasingle” to Blåvitt on Ullevi-95 and I took the penelty in the end of the match and we won over Norrköping. It was a really good feeling to have 10000 people looking at me.  

To take foreward the typical Troublemakers fan seems to be impossible and Christer tells us that it could be from the ages 10 til 60 years old people on their concerts so it´s looks different. But it´s mostly rocker as Christer says.

Christers favoruiterecords right now is records with groups like  Pistol Mob, Kapten Röd, Moonshine and Manu Chao.

We came in onto Troublemakers songs and 800 grader is a song that people love and that they thinks is fun to play. Du e plast is the song that people nagging about to hear and the songs they like Ramones always played Sheena is a punkrocker is Subba(even if it comes after a while it seems like). And when we talk about Ramones so isn´t it so many in that band left and they´re dead and I wonder which is the ultimate rockdead: – Only to fell asleep to death backstage after a good gig in Gothenburg.

That he started with rockmusic wasn´t any peculaiar thing because he have always listened to rock and once upon a time he released a solorecord but it´s nothing he will do again. You can wonder how the german and why the german people like TM with their Swedish lyrics. –They don´t understand anything but I could appreciate music that isn´t in a language I understand as Manu Chao, Bob Hund etc.  

Christer wishes most of all that the fans will like the record and as he says too….peace on earth. The futureplans is the release the new D and play on many good and funny places and sometime do a new tour in Europe.   His own futureplans goes to a journey to Sicilia and that good that….and a s a ending of this short interview I will give you Christers wisdomsword:- It´s never too late to quit.
