Finland har mycket musik och ligger inte så långt ifrån Sverige längre tycker jag. Pastis låter riktigt bra och jag kommer självklart att tänka på band som de lät i den svenska indievågen med Popsicle, This Perfect day och Wannadies i täten. Och just Popsicle är gruppen som jag nog tror ligger närmast. Men jag ska verkligen inte ta ifrån Pastis sin egna stil utan dessa svenska grupper var mer för att ni skulle förstå ungefär i vilken genre Pastis ligger. Det är energiskt, det är ganska snabb musik ibland och långsam ibland, det är pop, det är indie och det är musik som gör mig väldigt glad. Men det som slår mig mest är det snygga ljudet som de har på sin skiva och det låter drömskt på något trevligt sätt. Och när det låter som på Waiting on my girl så är det en ganska egen stil och jag kan tänka mig att ni som gillar indie kommer att älska detta. Min favorit låt är nog It´s a wonderful life och jag älskar bara gitarren där och den snygga sången. Kolla in om ni gillar lite lugnare indie för ni komemr inte att bli besvikna. 21/4-2023

Finland has a lot of music and is not so far from Sweden anymore, I think. Pastis sounds really good and I will of course think of bands as they sounded in the Swedish indie wave with Popsicle, This Perfect day and Wannadies in the lead. And Popsicle is the group that I think is probably closest. But I will certainly not take away Pastis from their own style, but these Swedish groups were more for you to understand approximately in which genre Pastis lies. It's energetic, it's pretty fast music sometimes and slow sometimes, it's pop, it's indie and it's music that makes me very happy. But what strikes me the most is the nice sound that they have on their record and it sounds dreamy in some nice way. And when it sounds like on Waiting on my girl, it's quite a style of its own and I imagine that those of you who like indie will love this. My favorite song is probably It's a wonderful life and I just love the guitar there and the nice vocals. Check out if you like a little calmer indie because you will not be disappointed. 21/4-2023

Pastis ser ut som de låter om man säger så. Hade ingen koll på gruppen alls och kunde inte läsa någonstans heller om dem. Men de ser ut att spela indie med garagetouch och en liten udda Cure/Joy Division och blanda upp detta med svensk pop a´la Wannadies/This Perfect Day och den typen av 90-talspop. Svävande, snyggt och det är musik som gör mig riktigt glad. Snygga gitarrstämmor plussas ihop med snygg stämsång och riktigt bra melodier. Det är poppigt på ett new wave aktigt sätt eller hur jag ska förklara det. Tänk er Jam fast med lite snällare touch och med ett poppigare sätt. Fan vad jag jämför med en massa band utan jag måste skärpa mig nu och ge Pastis cred för den grupp som de är. Riktigt bra är de i alla fall…Gillar du indie på ett melodiöst sätt så tror jag pastis är gruppen för dig! 16/11-2018

Pastis looks like they sound if you say so. Haven´t heard about the group at all and could not read somewhere about them. But they seem to play indie with garage touch and a little odd Cure / Joy Division and mix it up with Swedish pop a'la Wannadies / This Perfect Day and that kind of 90s pop. Floating, neat and it's music that makes me really happy. Stylish guitar tunes are combined with nice vocals and really good melodies. It's poppy in a new wave like way or how I'll explain it. Imagine Jam fast with a little nicer touch and in a poppier way. Fuck what I compare with a lot of bands, but I have to tighten myself now and give Pastis cred to the group they are. Really good are they anyway ... Do you like indie in a melodious way, I think Pastis is the group for you! 16/11-2018
