Para Lia är en tysk grupp som inleder sin skiva väldigt lugnt med låten Like Always som är en poppig ballad. Jag kommer ändå lite att tänka på någon annan grupp som jag inte kommer på just nu men det man kan säga att det är riktigt snygg musik och det känns som om det är sommarmusik på något sätt….luftigt, bra melodier och bra sångare. Känns som en skiva som man skulle kunna koppla av till riktigt bra och här finns Cure, New Order och mycket annan indiemusik. På All that it takes blir det lite tuffare och inte lika svävande musik även om melodierna finns där i massor. De har ett sound som verkligen tilltalar mig och trots att de är ganska långt ifrån punk som jag annars gillar mest men jag är väl en allätare och sådan här indie som påminner mig lite grand om den svenska popvågen med Wannadies, This Perfect Day etc gillar jag mycket. Para Lia is a German band that starts their album very calmly with the song Like Always which is a poppy ballad. I still think of some other group that I can't think of right now, but what you can say is that it's really nice music and it feels like it's summer music in some way....airy, good melodies and good singers. Feels like a record that you could relax to really good and there is Cure, New Order and a lot of other indie music. On All that it takes, it gets a little tougher and not as floating music even if the melodies are there in plenty. They have a sound that really appeals to me and even though they are quite far from punk that I otherwise like the most, but I am well an omnivore and this indie that reminds me a little bit of the Swedish pop wave with Wannadies, This Perfect Day etc, I like a lot. So you indie kids... indie guys... indiewomen.....check out Para Lia. 21/8-2023
