NODES OF RANVIER-DEFINED BY STRUGGLE(CD-VICTORY RECORDS VR 373/BORDER) Precis som många andra bolag som började som hardcore/punkbolag så har Victory Records ändrat sin inriktning ibland så det är med spänning jag sätter på denna skiva. Aldrig hört talas om gruppen innan….Här är det samma gamla goa Victory-stil som vi är vana vid någonstans mellan hardcore och tuggande metal och helt klart är det en stil som i alla fall jag uppskattar mycket. De låter arga men de har en ilskenhet som faktiskt känns fräsch utan att kännas löjlig på något sätt. Pogo on!(SJU) 5/9-07 |
NODES OF RANVIER-DEFINED BY STRUGGLE(CD-VICTORY RECORDS VR 373/BORDER) Precisely as many other companies which started as a hardcore/punkcompany so have Victory Records changed direction so it´s with excitement I put this record on, I have never heard of this group before…. Never have heard about the group before… Here it is the same old good Victory-style as we´re used to somewhere between hardcore and chewing metal and it´s a style which anyway I appreciate a lot. They sounds angry but they have an angriness which feels really fesh without feeling ridiculous in some way. Pogo on!(SEVEN) 5/9-07 |
