MOUTHGUARD-HOUSE OF STOUSH(CD ROUND 3 RECORDS KO-001) Oftast när man har hört australiensk musik har det handlar om garagerock, Hard-ons och den typen av band. Inte så ofta Exploited/GBH-inspirerad musik men det är precis vad Mouthguard ger oss. Att de fem gentlemännen sedan verkar vara i min ålder gör inte saken sämre. Man kan vara punk, arg och så vidare trots att man kommit upp i ålder. Även en grupp som UK Subs verkar ha influerat gruppen en hel del. Sådan här tuff oi/street punkrock är ju bara så bra för den här typen med en lite halvskrikig sångare är ju precis sådant som jag vill ha. De har till och med tagit upp en gammal oi-sport, att läsa dikter/poem som i The Beenleigh line. Kan ni få tag på denna skiva, så tveka inte att köpa den.(ÅTTA) 21/12-04 |

Not so often Exploited/GBH inspired music but that it is precisely what Nmouthguard gives us. That the five gentlemen is almost my age isn´t a thing which does the thing worser. You can be a punk , angry and so on even if you have been coming up in age. And a group as UK Subs seems to inspired them a lot too. This sort of tough oi/street punkrock is very good and this styled with a shouting singer is precisely the sort of music I want to have. They have also taken foreward an old oi-sport, to read poems as in The Beenleigh line. Can you get hold of this record, so don´t hesitate to buy it.(EIGHT) 21/12-04 |
