MOTION WAVE-WHEN THE LIGHTS TURN OFF(CD-M&O MUSIC)

Motion Wave har ett ganska skönt sound faktiskt och det står på releasebladet eller vad man skall kalla det att det är för fans till Audioslave, Alice in Chains etc och det är verkligen inte någon dålig tanke faktiskt. Det är ganska tung och melodisk musik och Motion Wave lyckas verkligen med att trots alla jämförelser få till ett ganska eget sound och det hörs kanske mest i The Depths in me med sin lugna inledning som sedan går över till tyngre saker…riktigt skönt sound. Trummorna har ett skönt sound och det är nog mest de gillar med gruppen på något sätt och jag är svag för trummor som låter så här.  Hur låter de då? Vet väl inte jag eller rättare sagt, det kan inte jag förklara utan lyssna själv. Det är bara fem låtar på skivan och det kunde gott varit lite mer men man får väl spela skivan om och om igen. Turn off är nog min favoritlåt på skivan för det soundet har ett sound som har så många olika musikstilar i sig på något underligt sätt! 22/10-2026

MOTION WAVE-WHEN THE LIGHTS TURN OFF(CD-M&O MUSIC)

Motion Wave has a really nice sound actually and it says on the release sheet or what to call it that it is for fans of Audioslave, Alice in Chains etc and it is really not a bad thought actually. It is really heavy and melodic music and Motion Wave really succeeds in getting a really own sound and it is maybe most heard in The Depths in me with their calm introduction which then goes over to heavier things... really nice sound. The drums have a nice sound and that is probably the most they like with the group in some way and I am weak for drums that sound like this. How do they sound then? I don ́t know or rather, I can not explain that but listen myself. It ́s only five songs on the record and it could well have been a little more but you have to play the record over and over again. Turn off is probably my favorite song on the record because that sound has a sound that has so many different music styles in it in some strange way! 22/10-2026
