MODERN LIFE IS WAR-WITNESS(CD-REFLECTIONS RECORDS RFL 064) Som vanligt när det gäller Reflections Records är det ganska desperat musik det handlar om. För det tuffa och skrika soundet gör detta till en ganska smärtsam upplevelse. Deras hyllning till Ramones D.E.A.D.R.A.M.O.N.E.S. är en riktigt bra låt och MLIW är en grupp som verkligen ger allt när de spelar och den låten har inte många andningspauser. Visst finns det en hel del mer att önska av gruppen men man kan inte klaga på tempo och tuffhet för det besitter gruppen stora talanger av. (SJU) 13/6-05 |

Because the shouting and tough sound is a really painful experience. Their tribute to Ramones D.E.A.D.R.A.M.O.N.E.S. is a really good song and MLIW is a group which really gives everything when they play and that song haven´t many chances to breathe. Sure there´s some things wish from the group but you can´t complain on the group and the tempo and toughness have because their they have a lot of talent.(SEVEN) 13/6-05 |

MODERN LIFE IS WAR-MY LOVE, MY WAY(CD REFLECTIONS RFL 046)MLIW börjar tungt och som vanligt när det gäller holländska bolag(fast bandet är ju från USA) så är det tyngd, ilska och ångest som är grejen när de gör musik. 10 låtar som bara dryper av ångest på ett positivt sätt och man känner ilskan den stiger efter varje låt och jag känner för att gå ut och demonstrera för rättvisa i världen varje gång jag lyssnar på skivan. Men i allt det aggressiva har de ändå fått till en musikalisk ådra och helt klart ett av de bättre aggressiva hardcorebanden just nu.(SJU) 11/12-03 |
MODERN LIFE IS WAR-MY LOVE, MY WAY(CD REFLECTIONS RFL 046)MLIW begings heavy and as usual when we´re talking about dutch labels(but the band is American) so is it heaviness, anger and aggrevissity which is the thing when they´re doing music. 10 songs which really drips of anger in a positive way and you can feel the anger is rising after every song and I feel for going out and demonstrate for justice in the world every time I listen to the record. But in all the aggrevissive they have got foreward a musical talent and they´re one of the best aggressive hardcorebands right now.(SEVEN) 11/12-03 |
