MICKERZ-SPELAR DET NÅN ROLL OM JAG ÄR FUL?(CD-SECOND CLASS KIDS SCKIDS057)

Ännu en grupp som Mart Hällgren medverkar men ser man på laguppställningen så verkar det vara Mikael som sjunger mest. Men det får väl skivan utvisa när jag lyssnar på den. Mickerz som namn låter nästan som ett dansband men med låtar som Jag vill bara skrika mer, Martin sorterar skruv och Öl, vin & poesi så bevisar de att de inte är det. Trummorna inledningsvis påminner om en tidig Discharge-låt men sedan är det väl inte så nära Discharge precis. Snabbspelad trallpunk och det var kanske inte så mycket annat att tro när det är Second Class Kids som ger ut musiken. Mycket melodier som det ska vara i den här typen av musik och ganska snabba låtar. Mycket körer och jag gilalr verkligen Mickerz och det kanske inte är något nytt men jag tycker nog att de är ett av de bättre trallbanden som kommit fram det sista och jag tror mycket beror på sången som hörs bra plus körer etc…lite annorlunda på något sätt. 19/8-2021

Another group that Mart Hällgren participates in but if you look at the lineup, it seems to be Mikael who sings the most. But I guess the record will tell you when I listen to it. Mickerz as a name sounds almost like a dance band but with songs like som Jag vill bara skrika mer, Martin sorterar skruv and Öl, vin & poesi they prove they're not. The drums initially resemble an early Discharge song, but then it's not that close to Discharge exactly. True trallpunk and there may not have been much else to believe when it is Second Class Kids that publishes the music. A lot of melodies like that should be in this type of music and pretty fast songs. A lot of choirs and I really like Mickerz and it may not be anything new but I think that they are one of the better trall bands that have come out the last and I think a lot depends on the song that is heard well plus choirs etc... a little different somehow. 19/8-2021
