METROPOLIS-OUT OF MIND(CD)

Jag får lite vibbar från tidiga Killing Joke när jag lyssnar på Killing Joke och det känns ju ganska bra eftersom jag gillade dem mycket när de kom(gillar de i och för sig fortfarande) och blanda detta med Roxy Music så tycker jag nog att jag gett den här gruppen ganska rättvis beskrivning för jag är ju tvungen att jämföra ;-) De snygga melodierna blandat med de tuffa och malande gitarrerna gör att det blir ett så pass snyggt sound som det blir. Jag tycker nog att det är musik som faktiskt borde tilltala en hel del människor både i metal och i new wave/gothscenen.  Men det är alltid svårt att sia om vilken musik som tilltalar vem och det kanske bara är jag i världen som har så pass bred musiksmak men jag tycker att Metropolis borde kunna finna sin publik…24/3-2015

METROPOLIS-OUT OF MIND(CD)

I get some vibes from the early Killing Joke when I listen to Killing Joke and that feels pretty good because I liked them a lot when they came (like those in and of itself still) and mix this with Roxy Music so I feel that I have given this group pretty fair description of the I's had to compare;-) the nice melodies mixed with the tough and grinding guitars makes it a so neat sound as it gets. I think that it is music that actually should appeal to a lot of people both in metal and new wave / goth scene. But it is always difficult to predict what kind of music that appeals to whom, and it may just be me in the world that has such a broad taste in music but I find that the Metropolis should be able to find their audience ... 24/3-2015
