MERCY KILLERS/ENEMY ROSE-…AND TO BECOME ONE(MINI-CD I SCREAM RECORDS 88.831.05) Splitskivor är alltid ett bra sätt att få en snabb överblick på band….här får vi fyra låtar med varje band. Banden ser ut som om de spelar 77-punk och jag blir så nöjd när jag sätter på första låten Lust and Hope med Mercy Milelrs för jag tycker mig höra Dead Boys/Lords of the New Church där och det känns riktigt klassiskt på något vis. Snygga melodier och snygga körer och såhär vill jag ha punkrock. Enemy Rose låter ganska likt Mercy Killers och enda skillnaden är att de är fem i bandet. The bands looks like if they´re playing 77-punk and I become so satisfied when I put on the first song Lust and Hope with Mercy Killers and I think I hear Dead Boys/Lords of the New Church there and it feels really classic in some way. Nice melodies and nice background vocals and this is the way I wants punkrock. Enemy Rose sounds really much like Mercy Killers and the only different is that they´re five in the group…Really good punkrock this one.(EIGHT) 17/10-06 |
