MEKONG DELTA-INTERSECTIONS(CD-SPV 260022CD/PLAYGROUND)

Detta tyska band har tagit sitt namn från en region som ligger i Vietnam. Snabb powermetal är vad detta band ger oss och jag gillar faktiskt deras stil för jag tycker mig höra lite punk/hardcore i bakgrunden i allt powermetallande. Eller kanske man skall kalla det thrash…jag vet inte. Jag är ju inte så bra på dessa musikstilar för jag har ju nyss blivit invigd i dessa och gillar de bättre och bättre. Men det som jag gillar mest i Mekong Deltas musik är ju de snabba vändningarna och tempot som de drar upp i många av låtarna. 23/4-2012

This german band have taken their name from a region in Vietnam. Fast powermetal is what this band is giving us and I actually like their style because I think I can hear some punk/hardcore in the background in all powermetalling. Or maybe we shall call this thrash..I don´t know. I´m not so good at these musicstyles because I have not so long ago become member of these styles and I like them better and better. But the thing I like the most in Mekong Deltas music is the fast tempo which they have in many of their songs. 23/4-2012
