MAJOR ACCIDENT-PNEUMATIC PNEUROSIS(CD-WESTWORLD RECORDINGS)

Oj det var ett tag sedan man hörde denna grupp men jag vet att Major Accident var en av mina favoritgrupper när det begav sig och dessa låtar kom ut. Låtar som Mr Nobody, Leaders of Tomorrow och min absoluta favoritlåt med gruppen Respectable är stora punklåtar som kräver sin man och de borde finnas i varje punkares ägo annars är ni inga riktiga punkare ;-) Så om ni bara ska ha en skiva med denna gruppen så tycker jag nog att detta är en skiva som ni bör inhandla för den funkar lika bra som greatest Hits som singelsamling om man säger så. Dayo är en annan låt som man vid första anblicken ser som den bagatell som den är men jag gillar den och jag kan tänka mig att den är en livefavorit. 10/6-2016

Oops, it's been a while since you heard this group, but I know that Major Accident was one of my favorite groups in the days and these songs came out. Songs like Mr. Nobody, Leaders of Tomorrow, and my absolute favorite song by the group Respectable are great punk songs that require their man and they should be in every punks ownership otherwise you are not real punks;-) So if you only will have one record of this group I think probably this is an album that you should purchase because it works as well as Greatest Hits as a single collection, so to speak. Dayo is another song that you at first glance looks like a trifle as it is but I like it and I can imagine that it is a live favorite. 10/6-2016

En ännu bättre skiva än Massacred Millions egentligen detta. Här har de fått till ett mer moget sound och man påminns om Blitz ibland eller något i den stilen. Vad sägas om låtar som Respectable, Cue the Dead, Fight to win och den lysande Twisted Mind där de tagit in ett barn på sång också. Som extralåtar här finns Dayo, Freeman och Man on the wall som alla är riktigt bra låtar. Kolla in detta om ni är inne på streetpunk och vill veta varifrån rötterna kommer. 29/7-06

An even better record than Massacred Millions is this. Here they have a more mature sound in some way and they remind me about Blitz in some way. What to say about songs like  Respectable, Cue the Dead, Fight to win and the lightening Twisted Mind there thy have taken in a child on vocals. as extrasongs here they have  Dayo, Freeman and Man on the wall which all is really good songs. Check this out if you like streetpunk and you want to knwo ehere the roots come from. 29/7-06

Major Accident är riktigt mycket inspirerade av Clockwork Orange och det var ju det många oi/streetband var i början av 80-talet. Major Accident hade ett lite annorlunda sound tycker jag om man jämför med de andra streetpunkbanden. Lite tyngre på något sätt eller vad sägs om låten Psycho för att nämna någon låt. Här finns massor av hits eller vad sägs om Warboots, Mr Nobody, Terrorist Gang och min absoluta favoritlåt med gruppen Brides of the beast.  Inte så mycket att säga egentligen men deras skiva är en av de bästa som har getts ut i denna genre. 13/6-06

Major Accident is really much inspired by Clockwork Ornage and that was many oi/streetbands in the beginning of the 80´s.  Major Accident have a different sound I think if you compare with the other streetpunkbands. A little bit heavier in some way  or what to say about a song like Psycho just to mention some song. Here you have a lot of hits or what to say about songs like Warboots, Mr Nobody, Terrorist Gang and my absolute favouritesong Brides of the Beast. Not so much to say about it but their record is among the best things which have been released in this style. 13/6-06

En av mina favoritgrupper med två av deras bästa skivor på en och samma CD. Med låtar som Mr Nobody, Respectable, Leaders of Tomorrow har de för alltid befäst en  plats i mitt stora punkhjärta. De spelade väl aldrig någon tekniskt väl genomförd punkrock men de gjorde det med ett hjärta och en del aggrevissitet och detta gjorde Major Accident/Accident till ett av de största punkbanden här hemma i alla fall. Jag tror säkert att ni som inte hört men tycker detta låter intressant och gillar streetpunk/oi/77-punk absolut inte blir ledsna när ni hör detta  18/7-00

One of my favouritegroups with two of their LP:s on 1 CD. With songs like  Mr Nobody, Respectable, Leaders of Tomorrow they have always got a place in my big punkheart. They never played any technical good punkrock but they did it with heart and with som aggrevisity in their music and that did Major Accident/Accident  to one of the biggest punkbands that time at my home. If you haven´t heard this and you want to hear it I can say that you won´t be sad if you like streetpunk/oi/77-punk  18/7-00
