LOOSE NUKES-FAST FORWARD TO EXTINCTION( LP-CIMEX RECORDS 006)

Denna skiva kom ut första gången som kassett 2017 men nu har denna amerikanska grupp fått chansen att höras på vinyl. 12 låtar varav en cover på en låt av Koro Låttitlar som White people problems, Vietnam och Parasites bådar gott. Snabb punk/HC är grejen för den här gruppen. Men de har inte glömt melodierna i sin snabba punk och det är jag glad för. Kanske inget nytt men det tar inte ifrån gruppen att detta är riktigt bra. Några av låtarna är riktigt korta och det är väl känslan när skivan är slut…..den är för kort och jag skulle gärna ha haft ett gäng låtar till. Textmässigt blandar de allvar med mer humoristiska saker. Ibland tänker jag lite på ett ungt Dead Kennedys och det är väl en ok jämförelse. Men som sagt hoppas på mer från gruppen för deras snabba musik får mig på gott humör. Skivan växer för varje gång jag spelar den. 1/8-2022

This record first came out as a cassette in 2017 but now this American group has had the chance to be heard on vinyl. 12 songs including a cover of a song by Koro. Songtitles as White people problems, Vietnam and Parasites bodes well. Fast punk/HC is the thing for this group. But they haven't forgotten the melodies of their fast-paced punk and I'm happy about that. Maybe nothing new but it doesn't take away from the group that this is really good. Some of the songs are really short and that's probably the feeling when the record is over.....it's too short and I would have liked to have had a bunch more songs. Lyrically, they mix seriousness with more humorous things. Sometimes I think a little bit of a young Dead Kennedys and that's probably an ok comparison. But as I said hoping for more from the group because their fast music gets me in a good mood. The record grows every time I play it. 1/8-2022
