LAST ROUGH CAUSE-AGGROPHOBIA(CD)

En av medlemmarna har spelat eller spela med Major Accident efter vad jag förstår och bara det är en merit. Last Rough Cause spelar den typ av punkrock som jag ändå är mest kär i när det kommer till kritan. Engelsk punk för det var ju ändå den som var favoriten förr i tiden. Ni vet lite rockig sådan med ena foten i rock n roll och en andra fot i lite brutalare saker. Grupper som Lurkers, Business, Red London, Red Alert är sådana som man kan höra i bakgrunden känns det som och helt klart är detta en intressant skiva för oss gamla 77-punkare. De förvaltar arvet jävligt bra och LRC borde kunna bli riktigt stora i den världen med rätt promotion. Streetpunk skulle någon annan kalla det och det är inte heller en felaktig beskrivning för det är en mycket välspelad dito. I vissa av låtarna låter de farligare än på andra och Leaving here on my own är en sådan…. Kolla in med en gång. 2/12-2010

One of the members have played or plays with Major Accident after what I understand and that´s really good. Last Rough Cause plays that type of punkrock which I was must in love in when we talk this to the scratch. English punk was the one was the style which was my favourite back in time. You know the music with one foot in rock n roll  and the second in more brutal things. Groups like Lurkers, Business, Red London, Red Alert is groups that you can hear in the background it feels like and this is interesting stuff for u sold 77-punks. They take the heritage from these times really good and LRC should be really big in the punkworld with the right promotion. Streetpunk could surely someone say and call it too and that´s not a wrong decription either because it is a really wellplayed ditto. In some of the songs so do they sounds more dangerous than on others and Leaving here on my own is one of these…Check this out at once 2/12-2010

De skickade med denna skiva med en massa gamla sessions från åren 84-85, 88-89 och några bonuslåtar från 2003 när de skickade sin senaste skiva för recension. Först ut är Skins and Punks session från 84-85 och det är en kavalkad av poppiga punklåtar i samma anda som Red London, Red Alert och den typen av lite snällare punk men ack så bra. Soft Light Sessions spelades in 88-89 där till och med en reggaetongångar har hittat in och man får lite SLF-feeling där men annars är det samma känsla på dessa låtar att det är poppig punk som är eller var grejen för LRC. De nyaste låtarna från 2003 ger oss mer en feeling om hur det skulle bli slutändan…riktigt bra. 2/12-2010

They sent me this record with a lot of old sessions from the years 84-85, 88-89 and some bonussongs from 2003 when they sent me their last record for review. First out is the Skins and punks sessions from 84-85 and it´s  a good bunch of poppy punksongs in the same spirit as Red London, red Alert and that type of a little bit slower and calmer punk but so fucking good. Soft Light Sessions was recorded 88-89 and there they have a reggaetunes which have found their way into the record and I think a little about SLF but otherwise it´s the same feeling with these songs with poppy punk which was or is for LRC. The newest songs gave us a clue how about it would sound in the end…really good. 2/12-2010

Det här gillar jag skarpt för Last Rough Cause spelar en typ av poppig punk och tänk er en blandning av Housemartins och Business. Låter det konstigt , nja det känns inte konstigt för melodierna finns där och likaså aggrevissiteten på något underligt sätt. Jag kan även tänka mig att deras uppväxt har bestått av Slade, T:rex och 77-punk. Society´s Rejects är lite tuffare och påminner mer om de lite råare grupperna på streetpunkscenen som Last Resort, One Way System och liknande grupper. Riktigt bra skiva är det i alla fall.(SJU) 8/11-04

This I liker eally much because Last Rough Cause plays a style of poppy punk and think of a mix of Housemartins and Business. Does this sounds peculiar, no, there isn´t so peculiar because the melodies is here and so is the aggrevisity in an odd way. I can imagine that their grownuptime must have been with bands like Slade, T:rex and 77-punk. Societys Rejects is a little tougher and they reminds me more about the rawer groups on the streetpunkscene as Last Resort , One Way System and similar groups.  Really good record is it anyway.(SEVEN) 8/11-04
