LA MOTTA-LOVE CALIFORNIA(MINI-CD BOSS TUNEAGEBOSTAGE 5110) Ett amerikanskt band som gör en cover av en Soundtrack of Our lives låt, riktigt fräckt faktiskt. De börjar med en fantastisk poplåt i och med titellåten som har drag av både Weezer och Boys. Fortsätter i samma goda stil med Bondage som är powerpop när den är som bäst och La Motta ser ut att vara ett riktigt bra band. Det är synd att det bara är fem låtar på denna CD(som jag förresten fick som vinylsingel också) men de som finns där gör mig väldigt glad. Den sista instrumentella låten påminner mig om Dead Kennedys.(ÅTTA) 31/10-03 |

They begin with a fantastic popsong in the titletrack and sounds a little like both Weezer and Boys. They continue in the same spirit with Bondage which is powerpop when it´s best and La Motta seems to be a really good band. It´s a shame that it´s only 5 songs on this CD(Which I got as a CD too) but the ones which are on this makes me really happy. The last instrumental song reminds me about Dead Kennedys.
