Wow det här var bra Hi-FI Spitfires är en grupp som imponerar på mig för deras täta punksound känns nytt på något sätt. Trots att de säkert har en massa influenser hit och dit. Jag kan höra både 77-punk likaväl som jag hör Anti-NowhereLeague(jag tror det är rösten) och Social Distortion och en gnutta Ramones också. ,men oftast handlar det om punkrock som har rötter både i gammal rock men som ändå låter väldigt rå och framförallt väldigt fräsch. Jag tror och tycker och tänker att detta passar både ung och gammal punkare som handen i handsken för blandningen av gammalt och modernt sound är ju superbt. Att se denna grupp live kan jag inbilla mig är en trevlig upplevelse som är alla förunnat. Jag skulle vilja höra mer med gruppen med en gång men jag får väl nöja mig med att sätta på skivan ännu en gång. Det är i alla fall skönt att bryta julmusiken med en så här bra skiva. 26/12-2014

Wow this was good Hi-Fi Spitfires are a group that impress me for their frequent punk sound feels new in any way. Although they certainly have a lot of influences here and there. I can hear both 77-punk as well as I hear Anti-Nowhere League (I think it is the voice) and Social Distortion and a touch Ramones too. but mostly it's about punk rock that has roots in both the old coat but still sounds very raw and above all very fresh. I think and think and think that this is suitable for both young and old punks like a glove for the mixture of old and modern sound're superb. To see this group live, I can imagine me is a pleasant experience that is all luxury. I would like to hear more with the group at once but I'll have to content myself with putting the disc again. It is certainly nice to break the Christmas music on such a good record. 26/12-2014

Everyone starts a war sjunger gruppen i inledningslåten Write it on the rooftops och redan här visar man en attityd som får mig att tänka på tidiga punkband som Chelsea,  London, Vibrators och den typen av band…ni vet där rocken har en lika stor del av musiken som punken. Men de känns farliga på ett sätt som punken gjorde på den tiden och det känns riktigt skönt och befriande tycker jag. Det är synd att det ”bara” är 7 låtar på skivan men vilken kvalité de har ändå och förutom de band jag nämnde så känns det som om en del av streetbanden Cocksparrer, Business osv har gjort intryck på gruppen. 5/2-09

Everyone starts a war sings the group in the first song Write it on the rooftops and already here they show us an attitude which makes me think of early punkbands as Chelsea, London,Vibrators and that type of bands…you know where the rock have as big influence on the music as the punk have. But it feels dangerous in a way as the punk did back in  time and it feels really good and refreshing I think. It´s a shame that there is “only” 7 songs on the record but it´s really good quality on them and except the bands I mentioned so does it feels like if they have taken a bit from the streetbands Cocksparrer, Business etc and that they have did a big impression on them. 5/2-09
