GLADS-BAD CASE OF THE GLADS(CD-MUSIC FOR CATS RECORDS MFC 006) Det känns som om jag blir kär i en gång i denna grupp. Starkt distade gitarrer tillsammans med ett 60-talssound som Glads verkligen skall vara stolta över. Roliga låttitlar som My Baby likes to get smashed, Cat that´s gone to the dogs osv gör att gruppen gör mig glad. Jag skulle kanske kunna säga att det finns ett sound som påminner mig om Cramps men det är inte så att det tar överhand utan det är mer punkigt än Cramps håller på med så det kanske inte är rätt at jämföra med dem heller. Srong distorted guitars together with a 60´s sound which Glads really should be proud of. Funny songtitles like My Baby likes to get smashed, Cat that´s gone to the dogs and so on and that makes me happy. I would say that they have a sound which reminds me a little about The Cramps but it isn´t so that it´s too much because this is more punky in some way so it´s not maybe right to compare with them either.
