Detta är en liveskiva med Marianne Faithfull och den görs utan att Broken English är med….funkar det? Efter en ganska lång inledning så inleds skivan med en låt som verkligen berör(tänker inledningsvis på nån Neil Young-låt) och Mariannes hesa och lite skeva röst är något jag gillar. Det hörs att hon har levat ett live som varit hårt men hon har kommit igenom det och nu är hon här med en liveskiva. Jag gillar hennes röst och detta är en skiva fylld med lugn musik men jag gillar sättet hon utför detta på och att man kan ta det lugnt till musiken och verkligen koppla av och varför inte sova till den eller varför inte bara ta ett bad eller något annat lugnt. Sfärisk musik på något sätt och låt som The Ballad of Lucy Jordan gör så att man inte saknar Broken English alls…nästan! Men As tears go by förlåter allt. 20/9-2016

This is a live album
with Marianne Faithfull and it is done without Broken English and ... .does
that work? After a rather long introduction so begins the CD with a song
that really touches (think initially on some Neil Young song) and Marianne's
hoarse and a little warped voice is something I like. It is heard that she
has lived a live that has been hard but she has come through it and now she
is here with a live album. I like her voice and this is an album filled with
quiet music but I like the way she carries it on and you can relax to the
music and really relax and why not sleep to it, or why not just take a bath
or something else quiet. Spherical music in any way and song, The Ballad of
Lucy Jordan doing so you do not miss Broken English at all ... almost! As
Tears go by makes the record 20/9-2016
