END OF A YEAR-SINCERELY(CD-REVELATION RECORDS REV 139) Revelation har alltid varit det alternativa bolaget som vågat sig på nya saker. Nu är det väl inte så att detta är någon ny sorts musik det handlar om precis men End of a Year som band är nytt för mig. Deras ganska larmiga emocore är riktigt trevlig och deras sångare låter mer än lovligt desperat. Kul ändå att höra dem för jag tycker att End of a year tillför en hel del till musikhistorien och när man blandar punk och emo på detta vis kan det bli riktigt bra. Man får mersmak för skivan och när den var slut satte jag på den igen och det är ett gott betyg.(SJU) 26/6-06 |
END OF A YEAR-SINCERELY(CD-REVELATION RECORDS REV 139) Revelation have always been the alternative company which have dared to do new things. Now it isn´t so that this is some sort of new music we talk about but End of a Year is a band which is new for me. Their distorted emocore is really nice and their singer sounds more than desperate. It's fun to hear them anyway and I think that End of A Year is going to gives us musichistory and when you mixes punk and emo this way it can be really good. You get taste for the record and when it was at it's end I put it on again and that´s a good thing for a record to be put on again.(SEVEN) 26/6-06 |
