ELEPHANT-PRESENT THEIR FIRST ALBUM ICEBREAKER(CD-JUNKYARD 2008/SOUND POLLUTION) En ny grupp som jag aldrig hört talas om innan men jag har hört talas om Square och Millencollin och de har medlemmar som hjälper till här. Musikaliskt är det en svår nöt att knäcka och jag kan höra punk, Talking Heads, Pixies på samma gång i Elephants musik och ni förstår av detta att det i alla fall är musik med mycket attityd som är grejen för Elephant. De 13 låtarna sprudlar av spelglädje och det är sällan jag hört ett så spelsuget band för den här typen av rock n roll är alltid trevlig att lyssna till. Mycket stök på gitarrerna är det men det är absolut inget som stör utan det passar ypperligt in till musiken.(SJU) 16/6-09 |

Musically it´s a hard nut to break and I can hear punk, Talking Heads, Pixies in the same time in Elephants music and as you can understand by this so is this music with much attitude which is the thing for Elephant. The 13 songs is bubbling of happiness to play and it´s not so often that I have heard a band which really love to play as they do because this sort of rock n roll is always nice to listen to. Much messing guitars but it´s absolutely nothing which is disturbing and it suits really good into the music.(SEVEN) 16/6-09 |
