ECHO AND THE BUNNYMEN-FLOWERS (CD-COOKING VINYL COOK CD 208/BORDER) Echo and The Bunnymen är tillbaka utan storbolag bakom sig. Men det går bra ändå och de som gillade Echo förr kommer inte att bli besvikna. Det är det där lite lättsamma poppiga som har antydningar till att vara ett U2 light och det är så bra. Det är ett renare sound än vad U2 har och egentligen är väl de bättre och skulle förtjäna mycket mer uppmärksamhet. Ian McCulloch sjunger bättre än någonsin och det är trevligt att höra. Jag gillar att gruppen är tillbaka och att de utan att tveka gillar det de gör. Typiska indiekids gör sig besvär att kolla in de här gamla gubbarna(SJU) 4/4-01

ECHO AND THE BUNNYMEN-FLOWERS (CD-COOKING VINYL COOK CD 208/BORDER) Echo and The Bunnymen is back without a big record company behind them. But it goes along well anyway and the people who liked Echo before it´s not going to be disappointed. It´s the light poppy sound as we´re used to and it sounds a little like a light U2 and it´so good. They have a cleaner sound than U2 in a way and they deserve to get more famous than they are. Ian McCUllock sings better than he ever have done and it´s nice to hear. I like that the group is back and they do things they really like. Typical indiekids must check this old guys out(SEVEN)   4/4-01
