ECCENTRICS-DESTINATION NOWHERE(CD-SCRATCHED RECORDS) Trotsky har spelat i Subhuman/Cuklture Shock/Citizen Fish och det är ju en stor erfarenhet som är värd mycket. Denna skiva är ett hopkok av olika demos ,lite live och annat smått och gott. Och titellåten de börjar med lovar gott inför fortsättningen för det är en låt med mycket driv i gitarrerna och helt klart ett bra sound. Visst är det punk och riktigt melodisk sådan många gånger. Här finns stora influenser från den tidiga punken tycker jag och sådant gillar ju jag. Men allt detta med ett ganska modernt sound för det verkar ändå som om gruppen inte bara tittar tillbaks. Riktigt bra punk är det i alla fall och det är konstigt att gruppen inte har något kontrakt.(ÅTTA) 20/4-04 |

This record is a mix of different demos , a little live and some other good things. And the titletrack they begin with gives us a really nice beginning and it seems to be good. That song is a song with much drive in their guitars and they have a very good sound. Sure it´s punk and very melodic many times. Here it is big influences from the early punk and that I really like. But all this with a really modern sound because it seems like the group not only look back. Really good punk is it anyway and that´s peculiar that the group haven´t any contract.(EIGHT) 20/4-04 |
