DUNGEN-SKIT I ALLT(CD-SUBLIMINAL SOUNDS SUB-077-CD/EBBA LINDQVIST)

Jag vet att jag gillade Dungens förra skiva och det var några låtar där som fastnade. Nu har en ny skiva kommit med det tuffa namnet Skit i allt. Låter som en punkplatta men det kanske man inte skall kalla det förutom i bemärkelsen att de har gjort den musik som de vill. Börjar lite avspänt och nästan lite jazzigt i Vara snabb som är en instrumental låt…jag börjar bli lite orolig redan där. I Brallor låter de gitarren tala lite grand och den är riktigt tuff ibland och Anna Järvinens Kate Bush-liknande sång är fräck men annars är det väldigt lågmäld musik och jag skulle nog vilja komma ut ur det progressiva lite mer för att vara riktigt nöjd. 18/8-2010

I know that I liked Dungens Stadsvandringar and it was some songs there which was stucked. Now it have arrived a new record Stadsvandringar with the tough name Skit I allt. Sounds like it´s a punkrecord but you cannot call it that only maybe if you think about that they do music they want and don´t give a damn. It starts really cool and relaxed and almost jazzy in Vara Snabb which is an instrumental song…I become really worried already there. In Brallor they let the guitar speaks a little and it´s tough sometimes and Anna Järvinens Kate Bush-similar vocals is cool but otherwise it´s  very calm music and I want them to come out of all the progressive things to get really satisfied. 18/8-2010

ilken 70-talskänsla man får när man ser omslaget. När musiken sedan kommer på i mina högtalare är det väl så att den känslan förstärks ännu mer. Jag tänker på Bernt Staf och liknande artister. Det känns väldigt mycket progg när man lyssnar på Dungen och lite halvflummigt sådär. Gärdesfestivalen eller Woodstock skulle vara festivalen för denna grupp kan jag tänka mig. Efter att jag hämtat mig från chocken så är det en ganska trevlig skiva så det kommer säkert att bli något för det alternativa musikfolket att sätta tänderna i.16/10-02

What a 70´s feeling I  got when I see the cover. When the music comes on in my speakers so can you say that feeling is even bigger. I think of Bernt Staf and similar artists. It feels very much progressive music when you listen to Dungen and it´s really odd music. Gärdesfestival or Woodtsock seems to be the place for this group. But after the fact and the chock it´s a really nice record I listen to and it´s something for the alternative musicpeople to put their teeth in. 16/10-02
