ANDY BLADE-TREASURE HERE(CD-CHERRY RED RECORDS CD BRED 279) Andy Blade var med i den unga punkgruppen Eater en gång i tiden och har nu släppt en solo CD. Han startar med titellåten som är under en minut men det är en akustiskt punkliknande sak i sann tidig Billy Bragg/TV-smith anda. Fortsättningsvis är det en ganska trevlig skiva och många gånger är det faktiskt lite likt TV Smith och är det såhär vi gamla punkare låter när vi blir äldre så är jag inte orolig. Visst det kanske inte är något nyskapande men det är ganska trevlig rockmusik. Inte så mycket punk här men attityden finns där och den är det viktiga och här görs ingen musik för att fylla stora arenor utan för att man tycker om den, det är attityd.(ÅTTA) 30/8-05 |

He starts out with the title track which is a song under one minute but it´s an acoustic punkstyled thing in true early Billy Bragg/TV Smith spirit. And if we continue with the record it´s a really nice record and many times it´s a little bit like TV Smith and is it this way we old punks sound when we´re getting older so am I not worried. Sure here´s no new things to listen to but it´s really nice rockmusic. Not so much punk maybe but the attitude is here and that´s the most important thing and here we doesn´t do music to fill the big arenas but we do it because you like it, that´s attitude.(EIGHT) 30/8-05 |
