ALPHA FLIGHT-ALPHA FLIGHT 7(SINGEL)

På singeln står bara två låtar men vid nedladdningen blev det tre låtar. Det blev lite distat ljud på min nedladdning men jag tycker att det låter bra och att Carol sjunger på ett riktigt bra sätt. Black Bay är en punkig rocklåt som jag uppskattar mycket men det som är svårt med gruppen är att jag inte hittar något speciellt att jämföra med och det är ju alltid ”jobbigt” för en recensent. Men någonstans finns det en punkådra och detta blandat med ganska hårda tongångar och en kvinna på sång…ypperligt koncept och den tredje låten som ej är med på vinylen heter Muffin Man och det är nog min favoritlåt med sin melodiska och poppiga gitarr. I och för sig ganska barnsligt lekfull men ändå.  23/2-2015

On the single it´s written  only two songs but at the download became three songs. It became a bit distorted sound on my download but I think it sounds good and that Carol singing in a really good way. Black Bay is a punk rock song that I appreciate very much but it is difficult for the group is that I do not find anything special to compare with and it is always "tough" for a reviewer. But somewhere there is a punk vein and this mixed with rather harsh noises and a woman on vocals ... excellent concept and the third song that is not included on the vinyl named Muffin Man and it's probably my favorite song with his melodic and poppy guitar. In itself rather childishly playful yet. 23/2-2015

Det är en ganska udda stil som den här gruppen spelar. Jag tänker både på gamla garagegrupp från 60-talet på samma gång som jag tänker på Transvision Vamp och jag tänker på punk/new wave också så ni förstår kanske att det är en ganska svår skiva att sätta in i ett fack. Men det är ju kul att lyssna till musik som inte låter precis som alla andra grupper för det gör ju inte Alpha Flight även om det absolut inte är någon sorts konstig musik. Kolla in detta om ni vill ha en udde musikupplevelse men ösig sådan för Carol och hennes mannar vet hur man gör musik som går fort och är bra! 23/2-2015

ALPHA FLIGHT-FLY ROCK(CD-APLHA RECORDS)

It's a rather odd style of this group play. I think both the old garage group from the 60s at the same time I think of Transvision Vamp and I think of punk / new wave as well so you may understand that it is quite a difficult album to insert into a slot. But it's fun to listen to music that does not sound like all the other groups for it does not make Alpha Flight although it certainly is not some kind of weird music. Check this out if you want a cape music experience but really fast such for Carol and her men know how to make music that goes fast and is good! 23/2-2015
